Today Claire is talking with Barbara MacNish and Sandra Thompson. They emailed info@3dcoaching.com with a question: "Since completing the Transforming Conversations training earlier this year a group of us have continued to practice together on Thursdays once a month. We've re-practised all sorts of the tools you introduced us to on the course. In October's session we tried out "matching for rapport and contrasting for change" - we had a good laugh and discovered some great truths but felt that we would really benefit from another go and if possible, even a demo showing us how it's done." So we said come to The Coaching Inn and let’s talk…   We discuss the importance of trust, invitation, and the musicality of coaching. The conversation highlights the power of small actions and the need to be conscious of the impact of mismatching and the value of practicing these techniques and the potential for growth and transformation.   Some links Barbara MacNish Sandra Thompson Contact the office if you've done 3D's Transforming Conversations or Building a Coaching Culture and we will send you an invitation to practice sessions.
