Casey Easton - What's guts to do with it?
"I take a holistic approach to the body and zoom out to look at the big picture."
This is one of the first things you see on Casey's website (www.caseyeaston.com) - And as you'll hear in this podcast, it's entirely accurate with the stance this superstar has on human function.
Casey is a bodyworker based in Ottawa, Canada and she takes a whole-istic stance on human function and rehabilitation in particular.
From understanding the impact of guts on the experience of pain, to cranio-sacral therapy and much more... Casey is a wealth of knowledge and I believe represents the type of thought process we need more of in the fitness and re-abilitation space.

The Paradox of Self-growth
The progressive enlightenment that is available to us all has more to do with shedding narratives that don't serve us, and less to do with getting stronger skin.
It seems that the process of enlightenment can be summarized by the progressive shedding in the armor that we have learnt to wear, from a young age.
Interestingly (for the business owners I consult with) this very process is at the core of their business transformation. Business is but an extension of who we are, and the more liberated we become as human beings, the more effective we become in business, as business is but a vehicle that can be used to create positive change in society.
Enjoy the (brief) show :)
