Nach 2022 und 2023 hat der Education NewsCast auch in diesem Jahr das Corporate Learning Camp – CLC24 – mit einem Podcast-Tisch in Hamburg begleitet. Das Camp war wieder in hybrider Form ausgerichtet, allerdings nur am Standort Hamburg. Unser Podcast-Tisch stand wieder bereit, um einzelne Sessions zu besprechen oder sich einfach zum Podcast Thema zu informieren. Die Teilnehmenden konnten also wieder jederzeit ihre eigenen Sessions oder diejenigen an denen sie teilgenommen haben kurz besprechen und die Ergebnisse reflektieren. In dieser Episode des Education NewsCast besprechen Christoph Haffner und Thomas Jenewein die verschiedenen Beiträge zur Blog-Parade „Beyond Adoption“. Die 13 Autor:innen haben dabei ganz unterschiedliche Perspektiven. So hören wir u.a. welche Rolle nutzerzentriertes, humanzentriertes Design spielt oder Emotionen wie Gemeinschaft, Akzeptanz und Identifikation. In this episode of EducationNewscast, host Thomas Jenewein interviews Gigi Matacco, VP Change Management in SAPs next phase of transformation. The conversation looks at the important elements of Enterprise Change Management (ECM), with Gigi sharing her thoughts like end-to-end and holisic thinking, leadership commitment, and the importance of a collective ‘we-feeling’. She also explains the differences of ECM to a project or programmatic approach like Prosci, and shares some of the methods she finds helpful, such as impact analytics around high-level personas, the McKinsey Influence Model and a data driven approach. Gigi describes examples from her experience, including SAP’s largest transformation journey to becoming a next-level cloud company and how it was accompanied by leveraging ECM . In the end, she reflects on the approach to co-responsibility and the importance of shifting from ‘change that is done to people’ to ‘change that we do together’. Our guest Karen Detken is a User Experience Designer at the SAP Apphaus, a customer innovation team at SAP. Together we explore the Human-Centered Approach to Innovation and how the SAP Apphaus supports this with methods from Design Thinking and Enterprise Architecture, as well as practical tools for fostering a culture of innovation. Karen describes the open and free-to-use toolkit including popular tools like Scenes and Spektrum, as well as different methods and templates to help improve business collaboration and co-innovation. To foster AI adoption, the SAP AppHaus team developed a workshop format to explore Generative AI use cases. In this episode, Karen describes this workshop with its steps, challenges, examples and gives an outlook of an upcoming workshop format on Generative AI. Unser Gast Georg Kästle ist CIO/ CDO der VOLLMER WERKE Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Lehrbeauftragter der Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten im Master Digital Business und Repräsentant des CIO Roundtable Stuttgart und Ulm. Wir diskutieren über die Bedeutung und Anwendung der experimentellen Wissenschaft auf die Organisationsentwicklung, wobei wir auf die Systematik, den Lernfokus und die Formulierung von Forschungsfragen und Hypothesen eingehen. Dabei geht es auch darum, neue Formen des Change Managements zu nutzen in einem geschützten Raum, ergebnisoffen in einer Realität auf Zeit. Georg Kästle schildert danach zwei Umsetzungsbeispiele. Im ersten Experiment ging es um Deep-Working an der Hochschule, wobei Working-Out-Loud mit Experimentierräumen verbunden wurde. Das zweite Beispiel handelt vom Digital-Team bei Vollmer und der Fokussierung auf Verantwortlichkeiten im Tagesgeschäft vs. digitalen Themen. Zu Ende schauen wir auf die jeweiligen Ergebnisse sowie Tipps zur Umsetzung und zur Einbeziehung von Mitarbeitern. Metaphern wie das Immunsystem, Kanarienvögel bis Anpassungsstörungen kommen ebenso zur Sprache. Zu Ende teilt Jürgen verschiedene Strategien, um Widerständen zu begegnen und gibt Anregungen für Change Managerinnen und für Führungskräfte. Das Thema ist ein Dauerbrenner, da Widerstände eine „normale“ emotionale und daher oft schwierig zu behandelnde Reaktion sind.
