Eric Schmitt on Program Design and Agile Periodization in the NBA

Bill Hartman on How Body Shapes Drive Movement and Performance

Have you ever wondered why some athletic endeavors come so easily to certain people? For instance, some people can just jump out of the gym. Others can run for days and never seem to tire. And some can squat or deadlift the equivalent of a compact car while barely breaking a sweat! Well if you’ve ever wondered how body shapes impact your ability to express athleticism then THIS is the show for you. Bill Hartman is known for finding solution for people in pain that have failed with other forms of treatment. He’s the owner of IFAST Physical Therapy, and my business partner at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training for over 15 years now. But beyond his skills as a physical therapist, he’s probably more well-known these days for creating what he describes as “The Model” – which is a truly unique way to looking at human movement, and what we’ll be focusing on in this show.   All measurements on the table are dirty. All movements are multi-factorial.
