Welcome back to Awakening Aphrodite! In this episode, I interviewed Greg Schmaus. Greg is the founder of Healing 4D, a Holistic Health Practitioner, Shamanic Energy Healer, and Massage Therapist. His professional journey began with his own healing, which led him to the CHEK Institute, studying Holistic Health and Corrective Exercise. Greg was then inspired to earn credentials as a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist and Bodyworker through The Institute for Therapeutic Massage.

The Heroine’s Journey is beautifully illustrated by a passage from the book “As Above So Below: Paths to Spiritual Renewal in Daily Life” by Ronald S. Miller. This passage speaks to the challenges women face when tasked with fulfilling the typical Hero’s journey; and paints a new path for women to follow that leaves them feeling fully balanced and whole.
