A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. How to hold the faith around wildly huge manifestations
Send us a textOne of my biggest, most outrageous manifestations has just come to pass and in all honesty, it’s been one of the most challenging manifestations that I’ve ever held faith around. The journey has been such an incredible learning experience for me so I want to talk to you today about holding the faith for your manifestation, even if it seems like it's not coming through. At one point not that long ago, I really felt like I had mastered the energetics of money manifestation. I was the manifestation queen! But this one felt so far away, that I started to feel scared and unsure how it could ever manifest. In this episode I talk about how I started to panic and go in a downward spiral, throwing a tantrum with the universe because I didn’t see how this dream could become a reality. I was stressed, and it was causing tension all over the place.But, anything that I desire is already in my field of possibilities. I just needed to get out of my own way. I had put so much pressure on myself to force this manifestation to be real in my life, that all my efforts actually restricted the flow. I talk about stepping away from the expectation of how your manifestation will come to pass and being willing to let it go. For me, this looks like a combination of practices for my mind, body, soul and spirit and allowing myself to come back in flow with the vibration of my desires. As soon as I let it go, everything started to fall into place. And my wildest, most outrageous manifestation came to pass! I talk about being the expander in my own life and creating the possibility by knowing exactly where my energy needed to be.Abundance is attracted to abundant energy. It doesn't run out. There is an ever replenishing source of money, success, and material goodness available to you always. The Daily Richual - I’ve been hiding a big part of my story

And recently the truth of this became so clear to me in an area of my life that I’ve been hiding for most of my life. This episode was taken from my daily coaching program, The Daily Richuals, where I was sharing what went on behind the scenes when I shared more deeply about my story recently. I talk about the fear that I carried about how it might be received, especially by those closest to me. Through synchronicities that only the universe can explain, I realised how I’ve been keeping my message so small and I’ve been hiding a big part of my story. Now I see that there is so much power in sharing my story in a more transparent way and there’s no need to hide. The things I feared would happen didn’t happen! I talk about the newfound freedom I have to share deeply from the truest version of me and the healing that has flowed from this place.If there is a part of your story that you’ve been hiding or keeping small, allow time to do the work. I’m sharing today with less focus on business and more so on lifestyle, what’s happening in my world and what’s going on day to day. Between selling up, packing for indefinite travel and knowing what’s best for the kids, there’s been a lot going on.We’re weeks away from our exciting travel adventure which means there have been SO many decisions to be made. What to sell, what to keep, the new house, travel plans, school, business, clients - all the things! One thing on my mind lately is, how does a Manifesting Generator pack for indefinite travel? I mean, that’s a real task! The family has also been shedding some tears because my 15 year old stepson won’t be joining us on the trip. He’s growing up! And he wants to stay in Australia for the summer with his friends, which is totally understandable, but it won’t make us miss him any less. I share some of the thoughts that have been coming up for me lately, wondering how travel will affect our kids this time around. I’m working on making sure that I don’t project my own insecurities onto my kids but just let them shine for who they are.I’m excited to see how this season of travel unfolds and I’m sure there will be new challenges along with the incredible experiences we’re about to have. As business owners, it’s easy to get caught in the belief that we have to continuously give tips, add value and share the deep content but I’m also seeing that there’s so much value in the every day. And when I took an unexpected hiatus from the business recently, I didn't once fear that my business was going to fail or stagnate. That’s because I’ve built a sustainable, stress free business model with diversified income streams that bring in the money no matter what’s going on. So today I’m talking about building a sustainable business and setting yourself up with a safety net for when unexpected circumstances happen. If you don’t know whether your business would survive an unexpected hiatus, I’m sharing some of the things I’ve done over the last four years to build out my business in a sustainable way. I talk about creating a recurring revenue model so that your business can make money without you needing to actively sell. I share how I structure my business in this way, and what that looks like from a numbers perspective. When you need to take time out from the business, it’s so important to have a strong support network in place. I like to run a streamlined business with a relatively small team, but the team I have enables me to stay in my zone of genius and they know how to keep things running if I ever need to take time out. I also talk about an incredibly important aspect of business, and that is learning how to manage and rejuvenate your energy. The physical being and the spiritual being go hand in hand and I share some of the self care practises that I lean on to help me take time out, release stress and cultivate my energy. A lot of solo entrepreneurs fear an unexpected hiatus. Today I’m talking about what higher level coaching is and smashing some of the beliefs that are held around coaching at this level.When I talk about higher level coaching, I’m referring to private coaching or consulting, masterminds, Voxer (yes that is high level coaching!), VIP days and intimate retreats. And this will look different for everyone and in different phases of your business. My coaching has certainly evolved over time and I talk about what this has looked like for me in terms of raising my prices and making changes from a structural and practical perspective.At the beginning of my journey, I thought that I had to provide structure and handhold my clients to feel as though I was providing value. But what I realised is that high level clients want freedom to pick your brain. They want to flow with you, they want to come up with their own agenda, and the onus is on them to show up and be engaged. A high level client will do the work!One of the most important things to remember is to back yourself. Find the structure you can back in your business and then move the needle from there. And allow a greater level of trust, flow and surrender to unfold in a coaching relationship at this level.The high level coaching you offer is high level because it's the off-the-cuff commentary that you provide which helps your clients shift beliefs and change their perceptions. It’s not a set and forget course but true customization to each unique client, which is why it feels expensive.I also share some of the key principles that I’ve been discussing with my Inner Circle, which revolves around higher ticket offerings. We have such juicy conversations around everything to do with money, pricing, self worth, raising standards and so much more. There are so many things I wish I had known when I was raising my prices and beginning to offer something more premium and luxurious. WTF is Customer Lifetime Value? The reason why I keep making moolah without launching
Send us a textA lot of my clients ask me how exactly I make the money that I do when they don’t see me launching. How is there so much flow and spaciousness in my day and the sales keep coming in? There are so many factors involved with this, but one big strategy that doesn't require a lot of work, and sure does pay off is the concept of secret offers. This links directly to your customer lifetime value, which is how much money you can expect to earn from each customer over the course of their business with you. In this episode, I’m sharing exactly how I use secret offers in my business to keep my clients coming back for more, giving them extra delightful ways in which they can better themselves as a coach and mentor. It’s amazing for them and it’s amazing for the business. There is so much opportunity to have multiple offers on the table with existing clients, people who have just bought from you and those who are interested to buy from you. This is something that a lot of business owners don’t realise and they’re missing out on a lot of potential with current clients who are wanting to go deeper. In this episode, I talk about what customer lifetime value is and how this secret offer strategy will help to increase the bottom line of your business for years and years to come. I talk about upselling, down selling and cross selling and doing it in such a way that doesn’t feel sleazy. For me, sales never feels awkward or inauthentic. It’s relational, not transactional. And because I’ve done a lot of work to heal my relationship with money, I’m able to honour the fact that money is a resource that allows me to do whatever I want with it. For a lot of people though, the narrative around money is that it’s too hard. It’s scary, it’s unknown, it’s out of reach. So I want to broach that topic today to talk about playing big no matter what, and learning how to rewire your narrative around money through everyday life situations. In this conversation, I’m bringing things down to a really relatable everyday context and sharing some of the specifics in my day that really help me play bigger and think bigger with money.I share some more details around my money story, having grown up with a father who was an epic gambler. A lot of my childhood experiences taught me that money was incredibly unsafe, it ruined families and it was the worst thing in the world. But money isn’t the problem. The problem is the belief you've attached to money.
