There are so many factors involved with this, but one big strategy that doesn't require a lot of work, and sure does pay off is the concept of secret offers. This links directly to your customer lifetime value, which is how much money you can expect to earn from each customer over the course of their business with you. In this episode, I’m sharing exactly how I use secret offers in my business to keep my clients coming back for more, giving them extra delightful ways in which they can better themselves as a coach and mentor. It’s amazing for them and it’s amazing for the business. There is so much opportunity to have multiple offers on the table with existing clients, people who have just bought from you and those who are interested to buy from you. This is something that a lot of business owners don’t realise and they’re missing out on a lot of potential with current clients who are wanting to go deeper. In this episode, I talk about what customer lifetime value is and how this secret offer strategy will help to increase the bottom line of your business for years and years to come. And because I’ve done a lot of work to heal my relationship with money, I’m able to honour the fact that money is a resource that allows me to do whatever I want with it. For a lot of people though, the narrative around money is that it’s too hard. It’s scary, it’s unknown, it’s out of reach. So I want to broach that topic today to talk about playing big no matter what, and learning how to rewire your narrative around money through everyday life situations. In this conversation, I’m bringing things down to a really relatable everyday context and sharing some of the specifics in my day that really help me play bigger and think bigger with money.I share some more details around my money story, having grown up with a father who was an epic gambler. A lot of my childhood experiences taught me that money was incredibly unsafe, it ruined families and it was the worst thing in the world. But money isn’t the problem. The problem is the belief you've attached to money. We’re all human, we all make mistakes, but some of the experiences I’ve had with coaches have taught me a lot about what NOT to do in my own business.Every experience is an opportunity to learn so this is a bit of a fun episode, looking back on some of the craziest experiences I’ve had in the coaching industry and the lessons I came away with.I’m not naming any names, because the purpose of this episode isn’t to slight any individuals. But by sharing some of the worst coaching experiences I’ve had, I hope it helps you become a more powerful, more aligned coach and aware of the way you show up when working with your clients.These terrible coaching experiences have been the greatest teachers for me when it comes to customer standards and client excellence. I learned about humility, professionalism and knowing what to share and what not to share with clients. And if you can learn to take the lessons from bad experiences, you’ll be a better CEO and entrepreneur because of it.Some of these experiences left me angry, frustrated and simply stunned at the behaviour of some people! But I’ve learned about caring for clients and having basic respect for paying customers. I’m giving you a behind the scenes look into my journal entries and how things manifested in my life and business. For me, journaling is setting the intention around how I want to receive universal blessings and how I choose to tune into the divine. Even if I’m experiencing negative emotions and things aren’t going the way I want them to, I never write anything negative. As a light worker, I always journal in a way that calls in the frequency that I want to be carrying. In this episode, I share 3 specific journal entries from this year and talk about what was happening behind the scenes in life and business at the time. It was so incredible to reflect on these moments in my life and I share why I chose to journal in the way I did and exactly how my desires were manifested.  To achieve success as an entrepreneur, there is an incredible amount of work that goes into building resilience and perseverance. For me, journaling has helped me exercise a muscle that has been an integral part of my entrepreneurial journey.
