Welcome to the Flow State Business Podcast. I’m a soul-led female entrepreneur and Energetics Business Coach and my mission is to help intuitively aligned coaches meet their first million dollars in their online business. A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. Send us a textMy dream in becoming my own CEO was to create a freedom based business that gave me more time, more money and more flexibility to do the things I love. But it took me a while to understand how to actually run my business in a way that really facilitated those dreams. There was a time when I felt like I’d left my full time job and created a 24 7 trap for myself!Today I’m taking you behind the scenes of my first few years in business whilst navigating a somewhat sketchy start. I pivoted 7 times, and worked through a lot of self doubt, fear and belief systems in order to position myself in the market and own my personal brand. So many women I’ve coached over the years have felt trapped in their businesses, wanting to burn it all down to the ground and start again. Trust me, you don’t have to do that. In this episode, I talk about coming back to your dream and pivoting your business to become something that truly supports the lifestyle you want. I share some of the questions I asked myself to help me make practical decisions about the way I ran my business. In the beginning, my business model was unsustainable and the idea of a 7 figure business didn’t seem real to me at all. But through support from coaches, mentors and a strong network of people who believed in me, the million dollar dream became very real to me. If your business isn’t supporting your idea of freedom, that’s a fast way to reach burnout and frustration. But I absolutely believe that you can create a business that you love and one that facilitates everything you hope to create in this life. I attribute so much of my success to the fact that I just kept going. I had the discipline, I had a network which I was diligent to nurture and I had something really valuable to share. What to sell during the holiday season - from Black Friday to New Year's Specials
Send us a textThinking about the holiday season and all the end of year festivities, you could believe that it’s going to be the worst time in your business… or you could believe it’s going to be the best. In this episode, I want to help you reprogram how you think about the festive season from a business income perspective. Because if you believe that nobody is going to buy your offerings during the holidays, then that’s exactly what’s going to happen. I’m encouraging you today to choose to believe that something different is available to you. I always kill it during December and January, especially Black Friday sales. It’s always been this way for me because I refuse to believe that things will die down financially! I’m talking today about removing the stress of low income during these months, and looking at your projections from a whole new paradym. In this episode, I’m riffing on all things end of year from Black Friday, Boxing Day to New Years and sharing some cool ideas of what to sell during this festive season. Whatever you do, it has to feel good and expansive for you. It could be a special package, a credit towards another program, adding an extra course to encourage more sales. It’s amazing what you can come up with when you brainstorm.There is so much money flying around during the gift giving season, so why wouldn’t it be any different for coaches and entrepreneurs? This season is an amazing opportunity for you to get creative, build out your recurring revenue streams, and feel sovereign in your business.
