Send us a textToday I’m sharing my most vulnerable conversation yet as I open up on a whole new level about what’s been happening behind the scenes in my life and business. Not knowing what it was, I had been carrying a heaviness like a ball of energy weighing me down, and in this episode, I’m sharing some of my deep lessons and realisations of the past one hundred plus days of travel.Something incredibly significant happened to me on the New Moon in March. I share about a physical, energetic and spiritual purge I experienced that night which helped me to release the heaviness I was carrying and let go of what no longer serves me. One major realisation I’ve had is that I had an attachment to travel and the results of my business. I had this insane expectation that when I was travelling, my brand and my business would blow up and have more influence than ever. I talk really honestly about how I thought things would unfold and the reality of what has actually happened in terms of cash flow, frustration, and the impact on my relationships. I share about my travel adventures being cut short due to the pandemic and how I was trying to recreate the same magic again. Now, I know that my heart isn’t there anymore and I talk about understanding that it’s okay to want something different. Dreams can shift and change so it’s about being in touch with your energy around these things. For me, I know that the digital nomad itch has been scratched and my heart longs to be home based.There will always be cycles in business and I talk about leaning into the ebb and flow, gleaning wisdom from those times and that sometimes it’s about going back to basics. I also share really honestly about the frustration and challenges that have risen in my relationship with my husband while being in each other’s energy 24 7 and what I’m looking forward to when we’re back home in Australia. This is a huge episode where I really lay things bare and talk so deeply about life, business, relationships, the ups and downs and everything in between. I didn’t expect to feel this way at the end of my travels, but I’m giving myself permission to let go, move on and embrace what is new. Of course, things drastically change when you have children, but it doesn’t mean you have to completely let go of dreams you might have for travel and adventure. This episode is going to be particularly helpful for you if you’re a parent and thinking about travelling, or perhaps you’ve written off the idea of travel altogether because it seems too daunting. Send us a textAn area of my business that I’ve really needed some help with is funnels. It’s just not something that I’m naturally geared for, but funnels are such a critical component to running an online business. Today I’m sharing the story of my search for the right person to help me, and how this ended up being the worst investment experience I’ve ever had, costing me a six figure lesson. I’m a big believer in following your intuition. But even as someone who is deeply connected to Source Energy and my higher guidance system, there are still moments where I’ve made decisions based on what makes sense, as opposed to what feels good. In this episode, I share some stories from my personal experience engaging with experts in their craft, and how I’ve learned to trust my intuition so much more. If you’ve made a large investment into your business that didn’t land well, I want to remind you that nothing is a loss. Big investments come with big learnings. And through my six figure lesson, I know I’ve bought myself a lot of wisdom, clarity and firsthand experience to know what a good buying decision is. I talk about the importance of understanding that your intuition is your guiding light. Even if everything looks amazing on the outset, if you have warning bells going off about a business decision you’re about to make, you need to trust your inner voice. In the perfect way that the universe always works, the best person to help me with funnels was right under my nose. Think about who is in your network, who is already within your circle to help you in your business. We often look so far out that we miss the opportunity right in front of us. Even though my investment cost me $100k, I know that there is always more money to be made. A failed investment is never wasted, and the lessons I’ve learned from this experience are so much more valuable than any dollar figure. It's been almost five years since I've been full-time in my business, and since that time, Michael and I have travelled around the world with our kids and are now on our second adventure. There are a lot of lifestyle changes that go along with making the bold decision to change things up and live an alternative life. We took the risk and are now living our dream life, but that’s not to say there aren’t challenges and frustrations along the way. It’s all part of the journey!So in this episode, I’m chatting about the nitty gritty of travelling and running a business with my 7 year old by my side. I share how we’re navigating through all the emotions, the energy and the paperwork of establishing ourselves in a foreign country and setting up the business to be a USA based company. I talk openly about the realities of living out of a suitcase, and how this trip is different from the first round of travelling we did as a family. So in this episode, I want to share with you how I’m using YouTube as part of my online coaching strategy. As always, I’m keeping the chat super honest and real about where I’ve personally struggled, the challenges I’m facing and the work I’ve been doing to rearrange some of the unwanted beliefs around building up an audience and creating success in the YouTube arena. I’ve been so inspired lately by YouTubers such as Alex Hormozi, Shelby Church and Ali Abdaal, just to name a few. I talk a little about how these entrepreneurs are showing us what’s really possible in terms of building wealth through passive income streams. Whilst I’m learning about building up my watch time and staying consistent with the content I’m releasing, I’m also leaning into the fun and playfulness of it all and maintaining an energy of peace. Send us a textI’ve been talking a lot lately about making a million dollars in flow and this is a topic I’m going to keep talking about all year long! Because, despite what some people may think, you CAN make so much money in flow and you don’t have to be stressed out, spread thin and depleted of all your energy while you’re doing it. Today I’m talking about reclaiming your time so that you can energetically hit the refresh button and start living a more happy and fulfilling life as an entrepreneur. Building your purpose work in this world is meant to be fun! In this episode, I continue to share the beginnings of my business journey and how I navigated a time when my energy had plateaued and I’d cornered myself into a business that had zero time freedom. I talk about a time when I was constantly busy doing all the things in my business, leaving no time or energy for clarity, focused productivity, creativity, and giving back to my kids. I struggled to set boundaries, I was spreading myself thin and the cognitive load left me feeling drained of all my energy. This is when I realised the importance of following the magic of flow. When I started doing what required the least amount of effort, that’s when I discovered more flow. In this episode I share a really practical exercise I did to help me reclaim my time and understand where my energy needed to focus. Doing this immediately helped me see how I could create the space and energy I needed to scale my business to seven figures with absolute ease. If you’re feeling stuck, your energy is depleted, you’re doing things that you no longer want to do in your business, always come back to your vision and your dream. On more than one occasion, I’ve done a complete business overhaul to align my business with the life that I truly wanted to live. And this is where I see a lot of entrepreneurs get stuck. It’s scary to let go of what’s comfortable and the things that ‘make sense’. But right now I’m doubling down on my global dreams, and that’s only possible because I was willing to let go of what wasn’t serving me. I’m currently in the process of creating a home base both in the USA and Australia. Michael and I are setting up the business to expand our lives, create new opportunities and enable even more freedom and expansion. This is the business I wanted to create right from the beginning, but it took a few iterations to find a sustainable business model that would support the dream. In this episode, I’m diving deeper into how I built my business for expansion and the steps I took to create a global online business that truly serves me. I talk about my experience with a coach who challenged me in the best possible way to stop playing small. This mastermind experience opened my eyes to what was possible for me and within 6 weeks, I had completely remodelled my business, closing down a huge component of my income. I stopped doing what was draining me and started thinking about how I could create sustainable products and offerings. This is what ultimately led me to the coaching model I’m operating in my business today. If your business isn’t working for you, you need to change something. And when you are bold enough to listen to your gut and ask yourself the big questions, that’s when you’ll discover the freedom of living a life full of flow of passion. The only way to stuff up entrepreneurship is to keep doing the things that you hate!I hope this episode inspires you to take a closer look at where you are and where you truly want to be.
