Welcome to the Flow State Business Podcast. I’m a soul-led female entrepreneur and Energetics Business Coach and my mission is to help intuitively aligned coaches meet their first million dollars in their online business. A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. Reclaiming Your Time: Realising You Deserve Better
Send us a textI’ve been talking a lot lately about making a million dollars in flow and this is a topic I’m going to keep talking about all year long! Because, despite what some people may think, you CAN make so much money in flow and you don’t have to be stressed out, spread thin and depleted of all your energy while you’re doing it. Today I’m talking about reclaiming your time so that you can energetically hit the refresh button and start living a more happy and fulfilling life as an entrepreneur. Building your purpose work in this world is meant to be fun! In this episode, I continue to share the beginnings of my business journey and how I navigated a time when my energy had plateaued and I’d cornered myself into a business that had zero time freedom. I talk about a time when I was constantly busy doing all the things in my business, leaving no time or energy for clarity, focused productivity, creativity, and giving back to my kids. I struggled to set boundaries, I was spreading myself thin and the cognitive load left me feeling drained of all my energy. This is when I realised the importance of following the magic of flow. When I started doing what required the least amount of effort, that’s when I discovered more flow. In this episode I share a really practical exercise I did to help me reclaim my time and understand where my energy needed to focus. Doing this immediately helped me see how I could create the space and energy I needed to scale my business to seven figures with absolute ease. If you’re feeling stuck, your energy is depleted, you’re doing things that you no longer want to do in your business, always come back to your vision and your dream. Doubling down on my global dreams
Send us a textMy business has changed quite drastically over the years. On more than one occasion, I’ve done a complete business overhaul to align my business with the life that I truly wanted to live. And this is where I see a lot of entrepreneurs get stuck. It’s scary to let go of what’s comfortable and the things that ‘make sense’. But right now I’m doubling down on my global dreams, and that’s only possible because I was willing to let go of what wasn’t serving me. I’m currently in the process of creating a home base both in the USA and Australia. Michael and I are setting up the business to expand our lives, create new opportunities and enable even more freedom and expansion. This is the business I wanted to create right from the beginning, but it took a few iterations to find a sustainable business model that would support the dream. In this episode, I’m diving deeper into how I built my business for expansion and the steps I took to create a global online business that truly serves me. I talk about my experience with a coach who challenged me in the best possible way to stop playing small. This mastermind experience opened my eyes to what was possible for me and within 6 weeks, I had completely remodelled my business, closing down a huge component of my income. I stopped doing what was draining me and started thinking about how I could create sustainable products and offerings. This is what ultimately led me to the coaching model I’m operating in my business today. If your business isn’t working for you, you need to change something. And when you are bold enough to listen to your gut and ask yourself the big questions, that’s when you’ll discover the freedom of living a life full of flow of passion. The only way to stuff up entrepreneurship is to keep doing the things that you hate!I hope this episode inspires you to take a closer look at where you are and where you truly want to be. Are you trapped in your business
Send us a textMy dream in becoming my own CEO was to create a freedom based business that gave me more time, more money and more flexibility to do the things I love. But it took me a while to understand how to actually run my business in a way that really facilitated those dreams. There was a time when I felt like I’d left my full time job and created a 24 7 trap for myself!Today I’m taking you behind the scenes of my first few years in business whilst navigating a somewhat sketchy start. I pivoted 7 times, and worked through a lot of self doubt, fear and belief systems in order to position myself in the market and own my personal brand. So many women I’ve coached over the years have felt trapped in their businesses, wanting to burn it all down to the ground and start again. Trust me, you don’t have to do that. In this episode, I talk about coming back to your dream and pivoting your business to become something that truly supports the lifestyle you want. I share some of the questions I asked myself to help me make practical decisions about the way I ran my business. In the beginning, my business model was unsustainable and the idea of a 7 figure business didn’t seem real to me at all. But through support from coaches, mentors and a strong network of people who believed in me, the million dollar dream became very real to me. If your business isn’t supporting your idea of freedom, that’s a fast way to reach burnout and frustration. But I absolutely believe that you can create a business that you love and one that facilitates everything you hope to create in this life. I knew I had something to offer, and I said yes to every opportunity. As time went on, I scaled and grew my side hustle to the point where it was time to venture out on my own. I attribute so much of my success to the fact that I just kept going. I had the discipline, I had a network which I was diligent to nurture and I had something really valuable to share.
