http://talks.martialmindpower.com 3rd Degree Black Belt, Martial Arts Instructor Carl Hodgetts was born with two debilitating diseases - Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. His parents were told that he would not live more than 12 months. He went on to defy the odds, by learning how to walk using a frame by the age of 2, swim and play a guitar by the age of 4, having survived septacemia twice and endured numerous operations to stay alive.
