Brunde Broady - Calcium ATPase: The Little-Known Enzyme at the Root of Your Cellular Health.

Dr. Clark studies the pathogenesis, interactions, and treatments of various microbes (MRSA, Salmonella, the brain-eating amoeba Naegleria fowleri, malaria, herpes simplex virus) using microbiology and cell culture techniques with bioinformatics. He is currently studying MRSA, bacteriophage, Salmonella, CRISPR deletion of viral receptors, and Codon bias.

Christina is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, author, and speaker! Her career has been focused on helping others through her whole health vision. As a Clinician Christina specializes in trauma, PTSD, body image, and eating disorders. In her Coaching career, she helps to promote successful men and women to find the best versions of themselves and their relationships. Lastly, as a NASM Certified Personal trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, she helps men and women all over the world achieve their health and fitness goals while also restructuring their negative body image and eating patterns. Christina's current focus is organizing mother and daughter body-image workshops to help navigate the world of unrealistic body image, eating, and training. She has been described as “Constructively blunt with a side of sweet empowerment.” and wants to create a coaching environment that is relatable and REAL. This realness has since been translated into her first book, “Don’t Hold Their Poop, A Small Book about Cleaning Up Life’s BIG Messes.” DHTP is a short, self-help comedy where the reader learns to recognize when another person is emotionally projecting onto them. Through silly but insightful activities as well as “pun” intended tools, the readers learn to “FLUSH” the poo away and set appropriate boundaries. Christina also helps the reader understand when they need to “gut check themselves before they wreck themselves” and they learn to recognize when they are being irresponsible with their emotions.

5 Stones goal is to engage individuals in mixed martial arts and fitness so that they can become both physically fit and spiritually sound. Relating our struggles on the wrestling mats and in the cage to our daily battles in life, and to provide the necessary support to become moral representatives of our
Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 5 Stones uses a team atmosphere to grow trust and build a sense of belonging. By employing the Biblical phrase “..iron sharpens iron..” relationships are strengthened, and a “family” of brothers and sisters is created, both in athletics and in Faith. Introducing them to Jesus Christ through the Gospel with the goal of leading them to personal salvation and a relationship with Him.
Shane Manney is the founder of 5 Stones Fight Club. He has over 20 years of coaching experience that includes wrestling, boxing, submission grappling and strength training. He spent six years as an infantry machine gunner in the United States Marine Corps, two years as a police officer in Richmond, Virginia, and eight years as a private security contractor and security lead supervisor for Exelon Nuclear Security. Currently, he works in the field of drug and alcohol rehabilitation at Pennsylvania Counseling Services.
At 5 Stones, Shane instructs wrestling, submission grappling and strength training classes. As the director of the missionary committee, he oversees 5 Stones’ International High-Risk Missions, working in various conflict zones around the globe to bring hope, joy and the love of Jesus to those in need. He also facilitates the “War Room” at 5 Stones which is a time of fellowship, baptisms, prayer and celebration. Shane is married with three children. He has been a follower of Jesus since he was a young boy and in 2016 earned a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College.

Dr. Prins' areas of expertise include nutritional ketosis, cardiovascular, metabolic, and hemodynamic responses to exercise, environmental physiology, body composition, clinical populations, research, human performance, sports nutrition, applied exercise and sport physiology, dietary supplements/ergogenic aids, perceived exertion and applied physiology of tennis performance. Dr. Prins has published over 25 articles and has dozens of national presentations. He collaborates with some of the leading experts, such as Dr. Dominic D'Agostino and Andrew Koutnik on his research!
