Ruth Jaane is a certified personal trainer who focuses primarily on glute growth and training. Ruth has been active in fitness since she was 12 years old. She has learned first-hand how difficult it can be to grow your legs/glutes, and thus has made it her #1 priority to understand why and what approach is best for each individual. Dr. Sierra Bains is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. Having experienced her own challenges with autoimmune disease and adverse reactions to past medications, Dr. Bains is passionate about investigating the root causes of pain and disease. She believes in the body's power to heal intrinsically and hopes to empower, educate, and treat chronic illness to heal individuals fully. She received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at West Chester University in May of 2019. Liz later went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Lebanon Valley College in May of 2022. Liz believes in the holistic approach to rehab and incorporates all aspects of health into her plan of care. Dr. Schultz is very excited to continue her PT journey at Phoenix Physical Therapy in Douglasville.

Darian LeBlanc, Professional Water skier: Waterskiing, Watersports, Lake Life, and MORE!
In this episode of the Brawn Body Health and Fitness Podcast, Dan is joined by professional water skier Darian (Dare) LeBlanc to discuss waterskiing and water sports, what it's like to live the lake life, advice for new water skiers and wakeboarders, and so much more!
Darian became a professional water skier at age 17. Since then, Darian has been on the USA Water Ski Show Team for years 2018 and 2022 and will be competing in the World Water Ski Show Tournament in Winter Haven, FL October 2022. Water skiing consists of many disciplines, one of those disciplines being "Show Skiing". Show skiing encompasses many of the disciplines under the watersports umbrella, making it the most versatile form of water skiing. Because of this sport, Darian has been able to travel the world and work in other countries, such as Germany, as a show skier. Darian specializes is Swivel Skiing, the graceful side of show skiing. This is a form of dance and ballet on the water. Darian has competed in multiple National tournaments in swivel skiing and is working to be one of the first to compete at a world level this year at the 2022 Worlds.
