Born of the gratitude for each breath, her self-empowerment company “B_inspired” was born. Katie B’s on a mission to ignite inspiration in the world through her large scale fundraising events, motivational speaking, online programs, international spiritual retreats, and weekly mantras. Katie B is a firm believer that wholeness and happiness are practiced states. After losing her mom at 14 to breast cancer and as a recovering Bells Palsy patient, healing yoga is her dharma. Her class style is best described as “intention and mantra based asana that leaves you feeling you’ve received a work out and a work in.” Her free YouTube classes online encompass a deeper question in you; how to live from your innate divinity.
As of 2020, she’s lead spiritual healing retreats and teacher training’s in over 20 countries including Colombia, China, Portugal, Belize, Costa Rica, Italy, England, Mexico, Ojai, Spain, India, with over 700 alumni. She’s trained her B_inspired curriculum in various studios across Europe and the U.S.
Katie B has been featured in SHAPE magazine, appeared on NBC, CBS, as a lululemon model/ambassador, taught at festivals including Wanderlust, The One Love Movement, Five Elements, International Yoga Day Festival, and more. She’s studied under Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Landmark Curriculum, and is looking forward to her memoir dropping in Summer 2020. Currently, Katie B through B_inspired takes on public classes in San Diego guiding over 600 students weekly, leads 8 international spiritual empowerment retreats annually, and sees private clients from all over the world virtually on a weekly basis.
