Sinead Koehler is the founder and director of Crafty Fox Market & an associate lecturer of the Arts and Cultural Enterprise Masters at Central Saint Martins. Sinead started Crafty Fox Market in 2010 - a modern craft market and community for designer makers. Crafty Fox Market supports artists and makers to sell their work through a variety of in-person shopping events including markets, popup shops and festival concessions. Crafty Fox Market also plays host to an online maker directory and membership and were quick to make the switch to hosting online markets during the pandemic. Gordon Seabright became Chief Executive of the Creative Land Trust, a new charity tackling the loss of creative workspace for artists and makers in the UK, in April 2020. The CLT is on a mission to secure the future of London’s studios, as without protection, we risk losing this crucial sector and the many benefits it gives us.Before joining the CLT, Gordon has been leading environmental charities for the past decade, most recently as CEO of the Eden Project, following periods at the helm of the national cycling charity and the Royal Horticultural Society. Nicolette has worked with global corporates and governments to resolve strategic stakeholder issues and create development strategies at the intersection of private and public industry (UK, eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and Southern Africa). During her studies in the arts Nicolette worked at the Whitechapel Gallery, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Tate and aspreyjacques gallery. Nicolette holds a Masters in Digital Art History from Birkbeck College, a Diploma in Modern and Contemporary Art and Design from Christie’s Education, and from the University of the Witwatersrand a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration) and a Bachelor of Arts. Graham Hitchen specialises in Cultural and Creative Industries policy, having worked at a senior level in the sector for more than 25 years. He runs the Creative Research and Innovation Centre (CRAIC) at Loughborough London with Andrew Chitty, and he is also working with the Industrial Strategy team at UKRI, leading strategy for the Audience of the Future and the Creative Industries Clusters programmes. He brings a wealth of experience in cultural and creative industries policy and delivery – nationally and regionally. Graham was the Corporate Policy Director for Arts Council England, before setting up Creative London with the Mayor’s office in 2004 – which was responsible for establishing Film London and the London Design Festival. E5: Sabinna Rachimova on disrupting the fashion industry, ethical business and purpose vs profit

Sabinna Rachimova is an opinion leader for the future generation of creatives. After graduating from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, she worked for the leading fashion house Christian Dior and contemporary London brand Mary Katrantzou. As a child, she learned traditional soviet handcraft from her grandmother, developing a deeply ingrained appreciation for the craft. This early influence was a key inspiration for her namesake brand. As a double immigrant (born in Central Asia, raised in Europe, and now based in London) Sabinna is incredibly passionate about inclusivity and equal opportunities.   In addition to her work as an acclaimed designer, Sabinna is a public speaker, spreading the word about both fashion tech and sustainable fashion, as well as a consultant with a focus on fashion start-ups and education across Europe and the UK. Since 2018, she has lectured at the University of Arts London, teaching on the MA Fashion Entrepreneurship & Innovation course, focusing on sustainable business concepts to encourage her students to disrupt the industry.
