(124) How To Develop a Millionnaire Mindset

How can you develop a millionaire mindset?  A millionaire mindset is when everything seems open & possible – where all the boundaries have disappeared.  It is also referred to as an abundance mindset.  To transform to having a millionaire mindset, you need to press ‘pause’. Pause your thoughts, and your beliefs, and observe.  If you are feeling like a victim of circumstances, then you won’t be able to shift anything in your life.  With a millionaire mindset, you start to take full ownership and to act with courage and integrity.  What it really comes down to is your ability to master your thoughts, and create the change you want to see in your life.  Access the FREE Masterclass on ‘INNER TRANSFORMATION for OUTER SUCCESS’ here: https://bit.ly/3I636MI VIDEO of this episode: YouTube VideoABOUT Katie Stoddart:Katie Stoddart is an award-winning, international, transformative leadership coach. (118) The Neuroscience of Wellbeing

How to better understand what goes on in our brain and what you can do to have greater levels of wellbeing in your life.  Understanding the Sympathetic & Parasympathetic nervous systems. If you are always in ‘go, go, go’ mode, you are more likely to burn out. You need to rest regularly during the day to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.  Accessing your pre-frontal cortex in terms of stress – not letting the amygdala take over by over-focusing on fear. Often deep breathing is enough to access the prefrontal cortex.  Mastering emotions – noticing where they happen in the body, how they manifest, and being in tune with the emotions.  Always have an inner camera that is checking: how you are feeling, what are you thinking, how are you breathing – so that you are in tune with yourself. This is a powerful way to stay aligned with what matters to you – it is sometimes referred to as self-regulation.  Understanding the brain can be useful to better access wellbeing – but also no amount of neuroscientific jargon will ever be enough if you don’t practice some of this directly. Some tools, such as: breathwork, meditation, regular breaks – can have a huge impact on your wellbeing (and you don’t need to know all the names of the brain for that!) (116) How Can You Have More Time

Time is our most precious resource – yet how often do we feel that we are lacking time? What can you do to ‘gain’ more time – i.e. create time for what matters most to you?  Take ownership & responsibility for how you are spending your time. Switch from victim to ownership mindset – stop thinking that things to you but change it to things that happen for you and realize that you choose how you are spending your time.  Avoid scarcity mindset: believing that there is not enough time in the day. Instead, start changing your beliefs so there is always enough time for what matters.  Notice that how you spend your time is always linked to a current decision or a precious decision you have made. You are the driver & pilot of how your time is spent. Choose your direction wisely.  Tune in with your future self and notice how your current decisions affect your future.  Work on energy management and not time management. Time is not created equal. Energy is what makes the difference.  Crafting out more time comes down to understanding what is important to you and making space for this. You can do this by taking ownership, having clear boundaries, and mastering your energy!  Extra Resources:  Episode on Connect with Future Self: https://youtu.be/6gbh4Z8oXjc Episode on Energy Management: https://youtu.be/E37JCStprEs Episode on Energy Fuels & Drains: https://youtu.be/HoL8_z-Ymk0 Episode on Parkinson & Pareto: https://youtu.be/iVU5js_mLBE Access the FREE Masterclass on ‘INNER TRANSFORMATION for OUTER SUCCESS’ here: https://bit.ly/3I636MI VIDEO of this episode: YouTube VideoABOUT Katie Stoddart: Katie Stoddart is an award-winning, international, transformative leadership coach.
