Episode 6 - Layne Mitchell
This episode was good. REALLY GOOD. Any parents of young kids or even just fitness enthusiasts should really listen up because Layne has a daily routine that is worth learning a thing or two from. His journey that essentially thrust him into making healthy lifestyle choices makes you think twice about what we are eating or how we are spending our time in our lives. It's easy to eat shitty food when you can get away with eating shitty food. It's easy to make excuses and say we are too busy, not only with our nutrition and fitness but also in our relationships with loved ones. More and more we are finding people are getting health complications physically and mentally and it all comes down to how we are treating our body. From the radio to lifestyle to Layne's ongoing pursuit towards being the best dad he can be, Layne shares it all. You're going to love the audio quality on this one. Helps when you get to record it at Sonic 102.9. Thanks Layne! Get full access to Insight by Chris Liddle at chrisliddle.substack.com/subscribe

Episode 5 - Ruhee Kassam
Episode 5 with Ruhee Kassam was done in her Audiology studio. But the microphone was sitting on top of my laptop, so that's why you hear the weird buzzing noise. An otherwise flawless audio experience. Ruhee is someone that has seen me go through a TONNE of personal growth and when you listen to this episode, you'll learn that personal growth is the name of her game. She's all about that self awareness, self-love, attitude and an incredibly authentic human being. Also, you should see her Drake challenge video. We gave a lot of shoutouts to local businesses and inspiring people we both know. You're going to want to give this one a listen. It has a really good message that should resonate with you. Episode 4 - Eric Morrison
Episode 4 features the one and only Eric Morrison. I think one of my favourite qualities about Eric is his ability to catch you off guard. He is a very layered individual. Like an onion. You would first see him as very modest but distinctly identifiable as a first generation hipster. Yet you peel back a layer and you realize he is fluently billingual. He can also impulsively crush a 10k run. He supports MS charity through his passion for cycling both indoors and outdoors (as well as many other amazing causes). He is the lead instructor at Tru Ride Cycle, but by day he is a highly decorated film professional based out of Global Edmonton as well as a music and beer conissuer. He owns more vinyl records than you can shake a polaroid picture at. You can't talk trash about him. You just can't. There's nothing bad to be said about a guy that takes such hesitation in pumping his own tires. Must be an East Coast thing. Enjoy! Also, Shane Fennessy. I'm going to need you to listen to this one for me. Get full access to Insight by Chris Liddle at chrisliddle.substack.com/subscribe

Episode 3 - Dean Guedo
Dean Guedo is the cohost of The Fitness Devil Podcast, a personal trainer based out of Edmonton and also creates online material and is a coach for Stronger U Fitness. He is a high performer who knows how to chase and conquer his personal goals. He has a layered history of life experiences we don't always get to hear about and this episode really speaks to who he is as a person and dives down the Dean Guedo rabbit hole. Behind that jacked heavily tatooed exterior is an extremely driven compassionate family oriented individual. This made him the perfect guest for Episode 3. The Lifestyle Chase: Navigating Life's Challenges with Blake Fillion
My first guest will be Blake Fillion, he's currently a stay at home dad with a young baby boy. He is the husband to a cardiac surgeon who has been dealing with her own rare disease for 10 years so far yet persevered to also attain her Masters in Design.Blake is from Prince George, BC and moved to Edmonton 3 years ago. Despite all the challenges life can offer he is one of the most highly motivated people I know. A fabricator, a welder, small business owner/operator, soon-to-be pilot, and an amateur sculptor. You could just call him a stay at home dad, but I doubt you'd be able to keep up with his baby-integrated hustle.
