Chelsea, more commonly known as "@its.healthy.chelsea" on Instagram has inspired many through her ability to be extremely vulnerable and just plain honest. However like all great things in life, it comes at a cost. When you are putting your big moments on a public forum, you will be guaranteed to be faced with some trolls, jealousy, backlash, etc.

Chelsea has a passion for seeing others be happy through a balanced lifestyle. She currently is one of the instructors at Cyclebar in Edmonton, but has tried almost every possible fitness class there is.

This episode will bring light to what it means to be resilient, and what it looks like to be okay with not being okay. We talk about a vision to make an active lifestyle as within reach as possible for as many people as possible and we talk about Pizza and Tacos because well, duh...
