This episode features the founder of Fitset, Tim Gourlay. Fitset is essentially a multi-studio gym membership that enables people to try a variety of different studios and classes around the city. Tim was one of my supporters for my Goal Crushing Event earlier this year and it's always fun working together with him on different things. I ran into some technical difficulties with two different micro usb cables on this one so we have some extra banter but what kind of podcast would this be if we didn't admit when things didn't go as planned?
