This episode was good. REALLY GOOD. Any parents of young kids or even just fitness enthusiasts should really listen up because Layne has a daily routine that is worth learning a thing or two from. His journey that essentially thrust him into making healthy lifestyle choices makes you think twice about what we are eating or how we are spending our time in our lives. It's easy to eat shitty food when you can get away with eating shitty food. It's easy to make excuses and say we are too busy, not only with our nutrition and fitness but also in our relationships with loved ones. More and more we are finding people are getting health complications physically and mentally and it all comes down to how we are treating our body.
