You may have heard of Mike Arce.  He's boys with the likes of Billy Gene, Alex Hormozi and a ton of other well established people within the marketing/advertising scene - especially those that sit in the fitness niche. While what Mike does - helps gym and studio owners advertise + generate leads - is certainly not unique in today's Facebook feed, he creates content in a way that is truly unique and captivating....especially if you're a sports fan. I don't give a shit if you're open for business on Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve or News Years Day... What I do give a shit about is the microgym owner facing burnout or claiming that they are trying to grow a business that can be ran by someone else - and yet, they still perform these immature scheduling practices around the holidays 

You provide a workout solution.   Everyone does that.   The WHAT is not special. But HOW you do it...and ultimately the WHY behind why you do it that way will be differentiators between your brand being just another gym in the crowd vs. really standing out.

Here’s an analogy I pulled out of my ass to discuss the marketing vs branding paradigm and how the globo gym market is becoming irrelevant.

I've got John Briggs, owner of Incite Tax and author of his upcoming book - Profit First for Microgyms - coming out to the SELF MADE SUMMIT on October 19th/20th.
