I often get individuals who stop by to jam with me about their studio or gym they want to open - but it's still in the conceptual phase.  In this particular situation, this individual has her eyes set out on a women's only facility in Charlotte, NC and we discuss the in's and out's that would make or break that model. 

You may know him.  You may not.  If you know him from afar (via IG) like I do - then he would just appear to be a heartthrob kid with sick aesthetics and amazing gymnastic handles.  He's built a personal brand + business using his gift and athleticism.  And recently announced on social media that he was gay.  Fuck yeah. That level of authenticity created a series of thoughts in my head that I took a few days to organize them into content.   If anyone knows Alec personally, make a connection please.  Would love to interview this amazing human.
