Growing a Non-Profit Microgym With Ben Davis

Ben Davis owns Noble Clay in Atlanta, GA.   From the outside and it's social media, you would guess this is a typical individual design microgym.  But it couldn't be anything further from that. Ben has created one of the few non-profit microgyms that is mission based and he is looking to grow the Noble Clay brand across the country. The goal is simple:  provide fitness to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status.  Ben is a brilliant guy and I think you're going to really enjoy our conversation.

Buying A Building Part 5 | The Construction Variables Are The Worst

In this multi-part segment, I'll be unpacking my own experience + journey of buying commercial property and instantly changing my personal wealth and business trajectory. While I'll be unpacking these topics thoroughly, the natural constraints of a podcast make it difficult to fully deliver all the information I have on this topic. If you're planning on embarking upon this journey yourself and want the guidance of someone who has done this personally and coached many owners through the same process, please shoot me an email and let's discuss your project. stu@wtfgymtalk.com

Few Will Hunt Is More Than Just An Apparel Company

Joey Bowen + Drew Beech are cousins who built the Few Will Hunt apparel company from nothing more than simple family lexicon that was shared at their cabin outings.   Fast foward to today and these two have built a brand that represents the intentions of everyday people, professional athletes and entreprenuers who "aren't fucking around" and will put in the hard work to achieve what they want. www.fewwillhunt.com

Shoot The Shit | Sydney Cummings

Welcome to the first segment of Shoot The Shit - a longform conversation with individuals within the fitness industry who are doing amazing things.  In this debut episode, I have Sydney Cummings in-studio to discuss the insane growth of her business Royal Change.  As a former collegiate athlete turned personal trainer, Sydney decided to go all in on digital fitness via YouTube back in 2017. In fact, I actually took a random meeting with Sydney back then to lend some advice in regards to her future career - and while I wish I could take credit for this woman's nearly 1 million subscribers on YouTube, her Good Morning America segment and her recent feature in Forbes - this is 100% all due to crazy work ethic of herself and fiancee Dustin. She's currently sitting at over 100 million video views on her daily upload channel on YouTube and has created a subscription business out of that that generates over $100k per month. She's a hell a business mind, an amazing human and someone I consider a friend....ladies and gentlemen....I present to you, Sydney Cummings. https://www.royalchange.fit/
