The Programming Perspective of Creating A Unique Belief In Fitness
Saying you want to create your own belief in fitness is not enough.
Wanting to move away from CrossFit, or HIIT or whatever is not enough.
You actually have to create something that you can sink your teeth into.
That what I did with Urban MVMNT and this podcast dives into a bit of the programming side of that.
Enjoy.

Shoot The Shit | Kelly Starrett
In this episode of Shoot The Shit, I'm honored to jam with the one and only, Kelly Starrett .
Kelly is a behemoth in the fitness industry. He's a physical therapist who became the most successful SME course instructor in CrossFit history. And it all started on the back of 365 days of dedicated YT content where he launched the Mobility WOD Project. These homemade videos that taught fitnessers how to get out of pain and improve range of motion eventually became what is known today as the The Ready State which provides education and certifications for coaches all over the world.
Kelly has also been brought in to work with professional sports teams, presidential administrations and some of the largest tech firms in teh world as everyone wants to get in on the game of human performance.
I hope you guys enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
Ladies and gentlemen, Kelly Starrett

Lean Into The Little Things
In the busy day of a microgym owner, the little things can fall to the wayside.
But in my experience, those that grow very successful brands are the ones who never let the little things slide. They are relentless in their pursuit of ensuring that even the smallest essence of their CX is dialed in.
This podcast rants on this topic. Enjoy!

Anyone who currently is looking to improve their podcast or wants to start one - this is for you.

Operational Definitions for Culture vs. Community
This is a thesis I've been running with for years now and have produced other pieces of content around, but today I decided to provide some of the operational definitions that I use when trying to break this down to someone who doesn't understand how focusing on "Community" vs. Culture can put them in a very disadvantageous position.

Beta Test Your Business Ideas Before Spending Any Cash
I've been known to say this phrase in certain situations: "Sell your thing before you've created your thing."
And I stand by that...in certain situations.
I also stand by the belief that many times, it warrants you testing the waters organically before ever dropping a dollar into your business idea to see if it floats.
