Using Your Microgym To Build A Wealth Strategy
I'm going to make a strong statement...
The vast majority of microgyms will never build the owner(s) true wealth.
However, that doesn't need to be the case.
In this longer monologue podcast I discuss how I view achieving wealth through your microgym and how you can start taking action today to get on a proper wealth strategy plan.

Bringing Operational Capacity To Cable Machines with Isaac Lewis & Ancore
Prior to 2020, I had been pushing for more equipment manufacturers to take a more minimalist approach in their gear.
It saves gym owners money and increases their operational capacity.
While most of my requests went unnoticed, the truth of 2020 and the pandemic has forced equipment engineering to completely re-think their strategy and has allowed some newer players into the market that are bring some exciting products with them.
In that cohort, is Isaac Lewis, the co-founder of Ancore - an awesome cable pully system that can attach to any rig, column, wall, etc.
If you've been interested in creating some differentiation amongst your training, you'll def. want to check out their product.

Wearing Babies In The Gym Is Kinda Fucking Ridiculous
An extended discussion on a recent Instagram Reel that I posted in which I made commentary on microgyms allowing/forcing coaches to bring their children to the gym while they work...in a very specific format - WEARING THE BABY IN A PACK WHILE COACHING.
Don't think that's kinda fucking ridiculous?
Listen to this.

More Brand + Client Acquisition Talk
This is a horse I'm going to beat until it's pulp.
You need to establish a brand, but then you need to establish away to generate more clients.
These two things are more intertwined than most give credit to, but I hope to give you some insight as to how I think about combining these two elements of your microgym.

Don't Hate On Discounts
My good buddy Sean Pastuch made a post on his social media recently that brought up the topic regarding microgyms offering discounts and his stance as to why they shouldn't.
Sean and I share similar beliefs on this topic, but there's an element to this whole "Don't Discount!" headline read that I want to make sure you're aware of...
It's one thing to prefer not to discount, but to discredit the business strategy associated with them is fucking silly.
