Reasonable question but, if you're an ethical coach, you should not give out your service price before meeting with a potential client. When we think about the brain, it is 70% and 90% of the Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are DHA. Given that DHA and EPA have been shown to lower inflammation and improve cardiovascular function, it also has cognitive and brain health benefits as well.
