Lauren is an ex collegiate soccer player and director of sports nutrition at Purdue University. She was one of the first full time sports dietitians and has been working to grow the field ever since, providing programs to dietetics students to get sports nutrition experience and serving on the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietetics Association (CPSDA) board.
