Our guest this week is the hilarious and fiery Lauren Link! You may know her from her snarky IG posts (find her on IG @linktonutrition) debunking diet culture myths as it relates to sports nutrition and nutrition for the average joe. Lauren is an ex collegiate soccer player and director of sports nutrition at Purdue University.
