You already know who Kaisa Keranen is, so we’ll keep this brief- Kaisa is a badass fitness coach and owner of KaisaFit. She has a masters in exercise science and graduated from University of Washington where she was on the track and field team. After a major injury ended her career, her relationship with her body completely changed and she’s never turned back! In this episode we talk all about what’s wrong with the fitness industry, creating your “why” for movement, and why your body is your BEST friend.
