Ep 165- Joe Lavelle- Optimizing for Longevity: What is Your Low Hanging Fruit?

When we start to ride our bikes, or practice endurance sports, it often hits us as a bit of an addiction: How far can we go? What new roads and trails can we find? Where DOES that road at that last turnaround point for your 70 miler actually go?
