We gotta talk about it… Sugar. People tell us all the time how they feel addicted to sugar. Sugar is the villain in the story of epigenetics. It actually exploits all of the bad things in your genetics!
If there is one real “bad guy” – it is white, refined SUGAR. It can cause decay in emotions, in relationships, in your mind.
