236: Simple Ways to Show Team Members Appreciation Year Round

It’s so easy to focus on things that aren’t going well and those team members who are difficult, but what about those who are doing a great job and can be counted on every day? Don’t take them for granted, and don’t be the “boss on patrol” who always looks for the negative things.
