Michael Garrison, Axeon: Endurance Training, Threshold Intervals, Nerves in the Peloton, Sugar Water
I could chat with Michael about training and racingfor 4 hours. In the spirit of not taking up his whole day while he's in Girona, Spain, we kept it to 80 minutes.
Michael goes in depth on how he approaches his training with a wholistic outlook, while racing some of the biggest pro races in Europe.
