He started his career working in hospitality & worked his way up to becoming a successful General Manager in the industry. Apologies for the short break in the podcast episodes. With the sudden lockdown in New Zealand & extended lockdown in Auckland, I found myself caught up with lots of work to do with clients to help them get through it. On top of that I had been searching for an Integrator & Executive Assistant to join me in the business so that I could be freed up to do more of the important client work & create more valuable content. Unfortunately, all this additional work meant that the podcast had to take a back seat. Fortunately, I have now found someone! I am pleased to announce that Jen joined the team last week & will take over from my virtual assistant fully over the next month. I can’t wait – having the right people in the right seats makes such a huge difference! Not that my virtual assistant, Beatrix wasn’t amazing – she is, however, I needed someone who is able to come into the office for some of the Integrator & EA role. With Jen now on board, we’ve been taking some time over the last week to get some more inspiring businesspeople lined for the next Season.
