Phillipa Soo is best known for originating the role of Eliza Schuyler in Broadway's smash hit "Hamilton" which was released as a film on Disney+ on July 3rd. The role earned her a 2016 Tony Award nomination for Best Lead Actress in a Musical and a 2015 Lucille Lortel Award for Lead Actress in a Musical during the show's off-Broadway sold-out run at The Public Theater.
