Growing from Disordered Eating + My Relationship to my Body
#87. On this week’s solocast, Carolina gets vulnerable and shares her journey through recovering from an ED. She shares how it started out when she was in high school, how her unhealthy habits followed her into college and then spiraled, being in denial that there was a problem, when she first realized she needed to get help, how her ED developed over time, different ways she has healed along the way, becoming less restrictive in all areas of her life and finally falling in love with who she is and reaching a level of complete acceptance with her body. This episode is a reminder to everyone struggling with their own relationships to their bodies, food, etc. that they are not alone and that there is a way out.
