In this episode, Kevin joins Vin Mangione of Kenmore Barbell & Fitness and John Flagg of Clinical Athlete to discuss coaching, culture and its effects on athlete performance. John and Vin are both athletes on Team PPS, but between the three coaches, they coach over 150 athletes worldwide. John Flagg holds a BS in Athletic Training from Salisbury University and MS in Public Health Education and Promotion from the Pennsylvania State University.
