In this episode, Kevin joins Vin Mangione of Kenmore Barbell & Fitness and John Flagg of Clinical Athlete to discuss coaching, culture and its effects on athlete performance. John and Vin are both athletes on Team PPS, but between the three coaches, they coach over 150 athletes worldwide.

Vin Mangione holds an associate’s degree in Business from Niagara County Community College and a BA in Nutrition & Health from the State University at Buffalo. In 2015, he opened Kenmore Barbell & Fitness after spending time at his high school alma mater as a strength and conditioning coach. He’s recognized as a USAPL Club Coach, coaching 30+ local, national, & international athletes.

John Flagg holds a BS in Athletic Training from Salisbury University and MS in Public Health Education and Promotion from the Pennsylvania State University. He offers online strength sport coaching and currently works for Clinical Athlete as a provider.
