Episode 16: Pancakes & Powerlifting – Team Precision Talks Meet Preparation
Team Precision had a meet-up in Cambridge, Mass., last weekend to eat (shocking) and talk about lifting (even more shocking). A lot of people are chatting in this episode, so we apologize in advance for the circling conversation. There’s also definitely a bit of background noise in this episode, but at least it’s great hits of the 90s and 2000s?
In this episode, we talk knee sleeves, wrist wraps, shoes, what food to eat before and during a meet, commands …and so much more.
