In this this episode Taylor and Jon wrestle with questions of God's heart from the poor and the place of the poor in our communities and in the kingdom itself. Taylor kinda takes the posture of interviewer in an effort to get Jon riffing on some of these ideas. Next weeks episode is will be a continuations of this conversation with Hugh and Joel. Rodney Fickas, the founder of Soulcraft Makerspace in Ferguson, Missouri, shares his inspiring journey from traditional ministry to community engagement through woodworking. Jon shared a kind of addition to the 'orthodoxy, orthopraxy, orthopathos' framework that he has been thinking about for a few years. It's a term that has only seemed to come up in medical terminology, but one which Jon believes to be an unlock to the other three. This idea led them into quite the exploration of the idea and eventually, they all agreed, should become the title of the episode.
