Arizona Monster 300 Miler Training Recap: How Do You Train for a 300 Miler?
I'm racing a 300 mile race this April, which is the inaugural Arizona Monster 300M put on by Destination Trail. Am I crazy? Absolutely.
But I'm super stoked. This will be the farthest I've ever ran before in one shot, so I'll have to do things differently in training this time.
And in this episode, there are no secrets: I'm breaking down how I am laying out my training, including two HUGE changes I'm making to my 200+ miler training strategy that I believe will help me to win the race.
