3798 There Is No Us Without You
As the days grow shorter and the school bells ring once more, August signals more than just the end of summer—it marks a shift back into the grind of routines, packed schedules, and mounting responsibilities. Between packing lunches, juggling after-school activities, and managing work commitments, one crucial relationship often slips into the background: your marriage—there is no us without you! This busy season can become a perfect storm where connection is lost in the chaos. Yet, it's exactly when life feels busiest that being intentional about your relationship matters most. Carving out space for meaningful connection—however small—can be the lifeline your marriage needs to thrive. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Before you dive into making changes, pause and ask: How did we get here? What parts of our marriage are working, and what aren't? Taking this honest inventory sets the stage for clarity and growth. Here's a truth to hold tight: There is no us without you. Meaning, your role, your actions, and your mindset are not just parts of your marriage—they shape it entirely. Too often, we get caught up in doing everything for everyone else, leaving our spouse behind emotionally and physically. Reclaiming intentionality begins with recognizing how much your specific contributions matter in the "us" equation. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reclaim intentionality for "us"! But that "us" includes you first! You have to own your part. So what does owning your part actually look like? Here are three powerful moves any spouse can take before pointing fingers or blaming: Own Your Emotions Daily Notice how you're feeling and why. Are you carrying stress from work? Are past hurts coloring your reactions? Name your emotions without judgment and share them honestly with your partner to invite understanding instead of defensiveness. Practice Active Listening Commit to really hearing your spouse—not just waiting to respond, but engaging with empathy. Daily check-ins can be as simple as a five-minute conversation about how each other's day unfolded, what's weighing on your minds, or what joys you noticed. These small moments build trust and connection over time. Take Responsibility for Your Actions Reflect: What have you contributed to your current dynamic? What behaviors or habits might be pushing your partner away or fostering resentment? Own those patterns and invite dialogue about change—not as blame, but as commitment to growth. A daily check-in doesn't require long hours or deep therapy sessions. It can be as straightforward as asking, "How are you really doing?" or sharing a "thank you" for something your spouse did that day. These rituals become the glue that holds together busy lives and bolsters emotional intimacy. DAILY CHECK-IN: Two things you're grateful for, two emotions you've experienced, and pray two-gether. Remember, marriage is a beautiful thing, but it's only as strong as the care both of you put into nurturing it. There is no "us" without your "you"—your presence, your heart, your willingness to show up for the one you vowed to walk alongside. This back-to-school season, dare to make your relationship a priority. Because when you invest in "you," you invest in "us." And that's a return worth showing up for. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3797 The Days Can Be Long
Parenting isn't for the faint-hearted. The days can stretch on endlessly, filled with messy meals, sleepless nights, sibling battles, and the constant scramble to keep up. The days can be long, but the years are short. Yet, blink, and those long days shrink into years that race by. Kids grow too fast, and many parents find themselves stuck—wondering how they got here, feeling left behind as their children step into new phases of life. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But what if parents didn't have to fall behind? What if you could grow with your children instead of chasing after them? This isn't some pie-in-the-sky parenting fantasy. It's a deliberate choice—and a necessary mindset shift—to meet the relentless pace of childhood with your own version of growth, curiosity, and presence. Savor each stage! The K.I.S.S. ~ Savor each stage! What does raising kids and getting them through the stages of life look like? Here are three intentional moves parents can make to stay in the game and truly savor each stage—not just endure it. 1. Show Up Fully in the Moment, Not Just on the Clock It's easy to survive day to day without really showing up. Checking off boxes, putting out fires, keeping schedules—but emotionally checked out, mentally elsewhere. But your kids don't just need your presence; they need your engagement. Put down your phone. Stop thinking about the next thing on your to-do list. When your child talks, really listen. When they play, play with them. When they struggle, sit with the discomfort instead of looking for quick fixes. Showing up fully stretches your patience and attention, but it keeps you connected so you don't feel like a spectator as your children grow. 2. Lean into Change Instead of Resisting It Every phase with your child demands something new from you—and sometimes that's wildly uncomfortable. Whether it's toddler tantrums melting into school anxiety, or shy little ones becoming moody teens, resisting those changes only leaves you feeling left behind and overwhelmed. Choose to lean into the messy, confusing, and exhilarating growth—for yourself and your child. Learn new skills, pick up a book about their stage of life, and ask questions about who they're becoming. This mindset will help you evolve alongside your children instead of being left stuck in your own ideas of parenting. 3. Build Your Own Passions and Identity Outside of Parenting When your life revolves entirely around your kids, it's easy to feel like you've lost yourself. But that loss is the fast track to burnout and regret. Parenting is huge, but it's not all you are. Keep something in your life that's just for you—a hobby, a craft, a friendship, a daily habit—that fills your cup and sparks joy. This isn't selfish; it's survival. When you nourish your own identity, you bring more energy, patience, and presence to your role as a parent. You grow—so your kids see growth modeled, not just growth demanded. Real Talk: Don't hide behind the excuse that your children grow too fast to enjoy the stage you're in. That's fear dressed in logic. Every phase of your child's life is a window—and you decide whether to stand in front of that window and watch life happen, or step through it and live it fully. The days can be long, yes. But your years don't have to slip by unnoticed, leaving you wondering where you went. Grow with your kids. Lean in, show up, and hold on to the parts of you that refuse to shrink away. That's how you make those fleeting years count for both of you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3796 Strike While the Iron is Hot
In life, too many of us sit back and wait for opportunities to knock on our doors—as if success is something that just shows up on its own schedule. But the truth is, opportunities don't wait. They emerge for a moment, flashing bright and clear, then disappear just as fast if you hesitate. That's why the age-old saying holds true: you need to strike while the iron is hot. Why on earth would you let go of possibilities that are staring you in the face? It's not a question most dare to ask themselves seriously. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the hard truth: if you're not ready to seize what's possible right now, you're choosing to lose it. Not because the world is cruel, but because chances are fleeting—and your "not now" can turn into "never." So, where should you wrestle with this question? Right where it hits you: in your priorities, your actions, your mindset. What matters to you should be the fuel that pushes you forward, not the excuse to sit back and do nothing. Unless you're genuinely content leaving doors unopened, it's time to get uncomfortable and move. The K.I.S.S. ~ Strike while the iron is hot! Seizing the moment means to create your now. It means holding yourself to a higher standard—leading with integrity in every decision. When you act on what's in front of you, you don't gamble away potential. Instead, you embrace the reality of your situation and use it as a stepping stone to the next challenge. Remember, success rarely happens overnight. It's earned one step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo If you stall on that first step, those miles never come. Don't make the mistake of indecision that holds you back. You were made for more than playing it safe. You need to expand your horizons and take a leap of faith. When a door opens, don't just stare at it—walk through it. You'll have time later to adjust and adapt to what comes next. Strike while the iron is hot. Grab hold of what's in front of you and conquer it before it cools down. That's how you turn moments into milestones and chances into victories. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3795 Your Glutes Aren't Ready
How many times have you jumped headfirst into a health kick, driven by the desire to prove something — to someone else or maybe even yourself? Most of what we do in fitness is designed to draw attention, to show off progress or grit. But here's the hard truth: why do you push yourself when your glutes aren't ready? Your glutes—the powerhouse muscles in your hips and butt—play a critical role in everything from posture and balance to strength and injury prevention. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Ignoring whether they're prepared for the workload is a fast track to setbacks. "Your Glutes Aren't Ready" is more than a provocative title; it's a call to be smart about your health and fitness journey. Health isn't just about grinding harder. It's about strategic moves that honor your strengths while minimizing your weaknesses. Being truly well-rounded means balancing fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and emotional well-being. If one piece is out of sync—like underactive or weak glutes—you're setting yourself up for failure. Be smart about your health! The K.I.S.S. ~ Be smart about your health! Here are three straightforward ways to prepare yourself, glutes included, for healthier living that sticks: Build a Foundation First Focus on mobility and controlled activation exercises that wake up your glutes. Hip bridges, clamshells, and bodyweight squats stimulate these muscles without overloading them. This creates a base to gradually add intensity with confidence and control. Prioritize Recovery and Sleep Your body repairs and strengthens when you rest. No amount of effort can replace quality sleep and recovery. Without it, your glutes and other muscles can't build resilience, increasing injury risk. Treat sleep as a non-negotiable part of your health routine. Adopt a Growth Mindset — Slowly Healthy living isn't about a sprint; it's about sustainable progress. Stretch your limits carefully by adding small, manageable challenges. Be honest with yourself: know when to dial it back. Injuries are not badges of honor—they are roadblocks. Don't overcomplicate your well-being. Focus on what you can do now, then stretch yourself where it makes sense. Your progress won't be flashy, but it will be real. And most importantly, you'll keep moving forward without sidelining yourself. If your glutes aren't ready, don't force the issue. Respect the process, build smart habits, and watch your whole body catch up. That's how you win at healthy living—without shortcuts, without silly risks, and without regrets. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3794 Listen to Your Mind, Not Your Mood
How many decisions do we make on a whim—based purely on the feeling of "this is the way to go"? Too many. And each time we do, we risk steering off course or jumping ship just as momentum builds. If you want to make sound decisions and build a path that leads somewhere real, you must listen to your mind, not your mood. Feelings are fleeting. Moods shift like the weather. One moment you're fired up and ready to conquer the world; the next, you're drained, doubtful, or angry about something trivial. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That emotional roller coaster will never provide a reliable compass. And making significant moves based on those ups and downs guarantees wasted energy and missed opportunities. Your mind — that steady, rational, grounded part of you — is what keeps your goals in sight. It weighs the facts, anticipates the consequences, and maps out the next step, even when your mood says "give up" or "just wait a little longer." A sound mind helps you break through the noise of frustration, distraction, and fear to keep climbing. Success comes from showing up consistently, especially when the feelings aren't there. That's what separates those who reach their dreams from those who just dream about them. It's okay (and expected) to struggle emotionally — but don't let those waves dictate your direction. The K.I.S.S. ~ Listen to your mind, not your mood! You are made for more. You have something only you can chase and claim. Don't let impulsive moods sabotage what is yours. God created you on purpose for a purpose with gifts and talents to share. So, train yourself to pause, breathe, and consult your mind before pulling the trigger on your next move. Decide with intention. Push through the discomfort. Remember why you started. Your goals demand more than mood swings — they demand your discipline and clarity. Keep your eyes on the mountain peak, even when the weather looks grim. The climb isn't easy, but you're built for it. So listen closely — not to your mood, but to your mind. That's how you win. CHALLENGE: Don't let a passing mood steal your momentum. Step forward with a steady mind and resolve—and move one step closer to what's waiting for you. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 3793 Is Now the Right Time?
Why is it that we keep asking ourselves if we're ready to chase our dreams? Why do we convince ourselves to wait for the "perfect" moment—a moment that never actually comes? If these doubts are swirling in your head, then maybe you should flip the question. Instead of "Am I ready?" or "Is this the right time?" ask yourself: "Is now the right time?" As I was returning home from our vacation, I came across an Amazon Prime Same-Day Delivery Truck. They promise lightning-fast same-day delivery, showing us that waiting doesn't have to be part of the equation. What if you treated one of your next steps toward your goal like same-day delivery? What if you committed to your dreams with that kind of urgency? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com I don't know. It got me thinking. The truth is, maybe you don't want to hear the answer "Yes, now is the right time," because it means you're going to have to face the same excuses you've been rehearsing for years: "I don't have enough money," "I'm not skilled enough yet," "My timing isn't perfect." But if you want different results, you have to be willing to do something different. So why not be like that Amazon Prime truck—showing up the very day someone hit "buy," ready to deliver? Here's a reality check: "now" is the only time you truly control. Waiting for perfect conditions is just a way to avoid facing discomfort, uncertainty, or risk. If you want to own your dreams, you need to get real with what "NOW" means to you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Get real with N.O.W.! So let's break it down with a simple framework—a way to get brutally honest with yourself. What 3 things can you use to define NOW when it comes to your dream? N.O.W.: Need, Own, Win Need: Strip away the fluff. Why do you need to act now? What's the cost of waiting longer? Is it a growing gap between where you are and where you want to be? Or a missed chance to prove yourself? Pinpointing your urgency is the first step. If your dream is truly a need, not just a want, your resistance to act fades fast. Own: Take full responsibility. Do you own your dream and the obstacles in your way? No one else's timing matters but yours. This means calling out the excuses and deciding you are the person who moves this forward. Owning your part means no more blaming "not enough time," "not enough resources," or "not the right market." That's the mindset shift that turns ideas into action. Win: What will a win look like today—right now? It doesn't have to be a giant leap. A win might be making a call, drafting a simple plan, or sharing your vision with someone. The point is to create momentum. Same-day delivery isn't about the full order, it's about showing up now with something real to push you toward your goal. If you're serious about changing your life, then quit waiting for "perfect." The perfect time is a myth. The right time is right now—if you're honest about your need, willing to own your role, and ready to claim your wins. Be that Amazon Prime truck delivering progress fast, not later. So, is now the right time? It is if you say it is—and then act like it. You want different results? Then get moving—same day, no excuses. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3792 From Tears to Triumph
Psalm 126 captures a truth that reshapes how we view our darkest moments. "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy" (Psalm 126:5, KJV) isn't just a comforting phrase—it's a radical promise that turns pain into purpose and grief into growth, from tears to triumph. Imagine a farmer during a famine. Each seed he scatters is a gamble—a precious resource he could have kept for immediate survival. Yet, in that act of trust, he sows for a future harvest. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This image shows us the heart of faith in our hard seasons: we give when it hurts, we hope when it's hard, and we believe when the future looks bleak. God acknowledges this kind of faith, and Psalm 126 goes further: "He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him" (Psalm 126:6, KJV). The phrase "shall doubtless come again" stresses the certainty of God's promise—not maybe, but definitely. Our tears aren't meaningless. Scripture reminds us that God "keeps careful record of our tears" (Psalm 56:8). Every tear that slips silently down your cheek waters the soil for a future joy. Every prayer whispered through pain, every act of obedience despite heartbreak, and every courageous step forward in the midst of sorrow counts as the sacred sowing of life to come. This faith is active. It moves despite feelings; it persists beyond circumstances. The K.I.S.S. ~ From tears to triumph! The psalmist gives us hope beyond the pain: morning will break. The long night of lament will yield to a dawn bursting with "sheaves"—abundant blessings harvested from seasons of hardship. It echoes the promise in Galatians 6:9, "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." The harvest is coming. Your hardship is not your home. Your weeping is preparing the ground for your rejoicing. So hold on to this promise. When sorrow feels endless and tears fall often, remember you are sowing in faith. What you plant now, watered by your endurance and trust, God will bring back to you "with rejoicing." The waiting is hard, but it is never wasted. Morning is coming—and with it, a harvest full of hope. From tears to triumph: A faith that sows in a season of sorrow! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3791 The Beauty in Front of You
In marriage, it's all too common to get stuck fixating on faults—the little annoyances, quirks, and hangups that, over time, seem to crowd out the love you once felt. When your eyes are locked on imperfections, your heart has no room left to breathe, let alone deepen in love. So why not see the beauty in front of you? Because you can't see the beauty. The very quirks you see as flaws are where your heart actually settles down. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com At some point, every partnership faces a crossroads. You can choose to keep scanning for what's missing—or you can decide there's more to your marriage than your current perspective allows. This is not about ignoring real problems, but about shifting your mindset from scarcity and critique to openness and appreciation. Remember: what you look for, you will find. So, why not look for the beauty that's right in front of you? Choosing to see the beauty in your spouse is not a passive feeling but an intentional act. It begins with you, but it takes both of you to carry it forward. "One to start, two to finish!" ~ Kristianne Wargo This simple yet powerful decision can unlock new depths in your love, transforming what "is" into what it "can be." The K.I.S.S. ~ Transform what is into what can be! Look at where you are now. How would you deem your marriage to be when it comes to a "love scale?" If you don't acknowledge what is happening, there is no chance to make a change. Here's how a spouse can start this shift immediately: Focus on qualities, not quirks. Every person has traits that drew you in—they're still there. Make a habit of naming those things, silently or out loud. Praise loyalty, humor, kindness, or whatever makes your spouse uniquely them. This rewires your brain away from the habit of criticism. Practice curiosity instead of judgment. When a quirk or habit feels annoying, pause and ask, "What's behind this?" That mundane habit might be a leftover from stress or a way your spouse feels safe. Understanding is love's antidote to frustration. Create daily moments of gratitude. This can look like a quick text, a thank-you for a simple act, or a genuine compliment during dinner. The small habit of regularly expressing appreciation becomes the watering can for love to grow. See your spouse's growth, not just their stasis. People change, but love often freezes us in old narratives. Update your story. Look for evidence of growth and effort—even small steps. Remember the unspoken bond. Your spouse carries burdens, dreams, fears, and intentions beneath the surfaces you see. When you choose to believe in their goodness, you build a foundation where love can deepen beyond words. This isn't about ignoring the messy realities of marriage. It's about flipping the lens from problem spotting to heart seeing. The beauty in front of you is waiting. The only question is: will you choose to see it? Love grows where eyes rest with intention—and when you start seeing the beauty, you make space for the heart to stay. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3790 Guiding Children Through Change
Life hits hard sometimes, and transitions can shake up the whole family dynamic. For parents, guiding children through change—no matter their age—can feel like walking a tightrope between support and independence. With school back in session and countless new paths ahead, the question is: How do you back your kids without holding their hand so tight that they can't find their own footing? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here's the blunt truth: Your job isn't to shield them from everything but to get them ready to face the world head-on. The goal is simple—raise kids who don't just survive change but use it to carve out their own impact. So, how do you make transitions less like a storm and more like a steady wind propelling them forward? The K.I.S.S. ~ Be a steady wind! Focus on these three no-nonsense moves: Set Clear Expectations and Boundaries Kids crave structure even when they act like they don't. Clear, consistent expectations during transitions keep them anchored. Spell out what's non-negotiable—like respect, responsibility, and honesty—and where they get to make choices. Boundaries don't stunt growth; they build a safety net so your kids can swing higher without crashing hard. Model Resilience, Not Perfection Let's get real—life won't hand your kids a perfect script. Show them how you handle your own setbacks and frustrations. Talk through your challenges out loud. When they see that you fall but get back up, they learn to do the same. You're equipping them with a mindset not to freeze when the road bends but to steer through it. Encourage Decision-Making with Guided Freedom You want them to be capable adults, so start practicing now. Give your kids chances to make real decisions appropriate to their age—even if it means letting them mess up. Be there to guide the fallout without swooping in to fix everything. This balance builds confidence and sharpens their judgment so when you're not around, they do what's right because they've learned how. Parents don't need to be the hero of every transition moment. Instead, be the steady hand and the sounding board while giving space for growth. Lift them up with motivation—not control—and you'll turn these in-between times from potential breakdowns into breakthrough moments with lessons that last a lifetime. At the end of the day, parenting through change isn't about preventing bumps in the road—it's about raising kids who know how to keep driving when the road gets rough. That's the kind of resilient, grounded, impactful human you want stepping out into the world. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3789 Set Your Sights Higher
Too often we get stuck in the comfortable — the familiar routines, the "normal" limits we've accepted without question. The ceiling you set for yourself isn't some fixed barrier. It's a self-imposed limit with the power to shape your entire future. When you focus on what you can't do, you're handing over control to fear and doubt. Instead, set your sights higher. Think about it: what are you here to do? What's the difference only you can make? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Life is too short to settle for "good enough" or to shelve your dreams because the risks seem too big. The temptation to live in denial — to cling to the "safe" version of life where the differences don't add up — is strong, but it makes no sense. How can embracing what holds you back be the path forward? The K.I.S.S. ~ Set your sights higher! Here's the challenge: break the cycle. "Make a change in your own life today by aiming beyond yesterday's limits." ~ Kristianne Wargo You're made for more — more impact, more freedom, more fulfillment. But none of that will happen if you don't trust yourself enough to take the chance. Yes, it's scary. Yes, it means leaving comfort behind. But every step you take toward what you're created to do compounds into momentum that propels you forward. So stop doubting, stop hesitating. Set your sights higher, and lean hard into what matters. The choice is yours: stay stuck with the limits you've accepted — or bet on yourself and reach for what's waiting just beyond the ceiling. Which will it be? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
