Student Spotlight: Jennifer Gore

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM649_JennGore.mp3   Jennifer Gore is the owner of Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group, based in Georgia. She also has a consulting business where she coaches lawyer entrepreneurs on how to scale their companies. And she’s a friend and former client of mine.  This past year, Jennifer’s company was named one of the best social media law firms in the U.S. Before she started coaching with me, her fear of being seen stopped her from stepping into all the things that were meant for her. She went from hiding and being in the background—to being one of the most well-known females in personal injury legal advertising. Getting over her fear of being seen transformed her company and brought her tons of opportunities.  In this episode we discuss:  Where Jennifer was in her business before I met her, where she is now, and the enormous amount of change, growth, and results she’s experienced since thenHow she remembers the initial coaching I gave her—that she was “wishy-washy” and “not clear” in the direction she wanted to go in lifeHow Jennifer broke out of the limiting beliefs that got absorbed into her subconscious mind, covering up her true natureWhy she believes “going into business is the greatest personal development undertaking you can ever go through”—because it brings up all your triggers, weak points, and fears, and it exposes all the areas where you need to growOvercoming mom guilt, letting go of the fear of judgment, and “owning” who you truly areHow the universal laws gave Jennifer a framework she could always go back to—“once you have that foundation, there’s no issue you can’t face,” she saysPlus, we discuss the importance of environment when it comes to growing a business. Being an entrepreneur, following your purpose, and doing what you came here to do often clashes with the friends, family, and social groups in your your current surroundings—because these people are often stuck and want everything to stay the same. You go from having everything in common with them, to having NOTHING in common—and this creates conflict. Jennifer shares how she overcame this in her own life. Navigating Change

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM648_Navigating_Change.mp3   We’re in the midst of great change in our country and all over the world, and most people aren’t prepared. Having been in business for almost 26 years, I’ve seen all kinds of major changes take place—including 9/11, the housing crisis in 2008, the pandemic, and more. Now that we’re in another great change, are you prepared? Have you trained your mind to see the opportunity? Can you adapt to the changes in order to come out better and stronger on the other side? If you’re not prepared, you’ll be reduced to the level of the problems showing up in your life. This happens when your mind isn’t trained to think about the opposite side of whatever you’re experiencing. People experience change in a negative way for 2 reasons—they’re either not prepared, or they’re preyed upon, based on the idea that they’re not prepared. If you’re unprepared, you’ll likely get stuck in the ideology of the opinions of the day. In this episode you’ll learn: How to navigate change and actually benefit from it (because change isn’t “bad” unless you’re only focusing on the bad part of it)Change is constant—we’ve always had good times and bad times throughout history; what determines whether they’re “good” or “bad” is the whole of the collectiveThe Law of Polarity governs everything in the universe—it states that everything, both physical and non-physical, has an equal and opposite side to it (you can’t have just one side of something)Pain, grieving, and loss are designed to be lessons, not a life sentenceAll change presents a lesson to us—if we know how to think, we can think through the lesson and become a more skilled, aware person on the other sideYou can train your mind to THINK in order to see the upside and the downside of any circumstanceWhy you should keep advancing your skills and never stay where you are—keep getting better at sales, marketing, team building, and problem solving, so you can navigate problems that will hit all of usHow your perception controls your experience—change your perception, and you’ll change your life If you can look at your circumstance and remove the judgment from it, you’ll start to see the opportunity. To help you navigate change, embrace your power by asking, “What do I want?” Episode 642 – You’re a Natural Born Salesperson Episode 568 – The Recession Cycle & How to Navigate the Negative Inside Episode 342 –  Let Spirit Lead If you like the show, would you be so kind as to leave us a short review on Apple Podcasts? Student Spotlight: Sara & Hisham Khaki

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM647_Sara_HishamKhaki.mp3   Today I’m interviewing Sara and Hisham Khaki, a married couple who are previous clients of mine. Sara is the founding partner of Atlanta Divorce Law Group, which helps people make empowered choices for themselves and exit toxic marriages. Her firm’s success has allowed her to create adventures and support her family, including their three children, while challenging others in the community to do the same. Hisham is the founder of ShiftSwap. Formerly a “corporate robot,” he climbed the corporate ladder year after year and felt drained—until he and his wife realized they wanted something different for their lives. That’s when Sara started her first law firm. Together they’ve achieved huge success by learning how to let go of hard work and competition, and go after their desires. In this episode we discuss: Sara’s initial success strategy—“work harder, beat everyone, and compete with everything”—and how this approach left her feeling like a loser, frustrated, drained, not present, and able to support Hisham emotionallyHow Sara got coaching on her first law firm, but none of the technical steps helped her, because she was so unaware of the internal sabotage patterns running her mindHow Sara broke all of her own patterns and instincts, and learned to have faith in MY faith in herHisham’s experience attending my 2016 seminar and being mind-blown—especially when I asked him, “What do you want?”How culturally, most men have never been asked, “What do you want?”—and have never had an opportunity to build a vision for themselves (they were raised to follow what somebody else wants; and they can’t lead themselves or their own family)How I coached Sara and Hisham to create a unified vision—and how they knew it was a core value for their marriage to have adventuresSara and Hisham’s story illustrates that you don’t need to work harder, compete, or try to beat the next guy—because THAT strategy only brings diminishing returns. All you have to do is focus on what you desire and get in alignment with your vision and your purpose. God works through our desire. Following your desire opens up new doors and rocket-ships you to a totally different level. Everything you want comes with grace and ease. The Importance of Personal Power

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM646_Importance_of_Personal_Power.mp3   There are so many things in the world that can drain your personal power—including objections during a sales call. If you don’t know how to handle objections, you can end up feeling disempowered. Sales is the #1 skill set you must learn in order to be in charge of your income. Most people are taught they have to get a job to make money and that their employer has more control over their income than they do. But that’s not true. If you master sales, you can master money—and by mastering money, you become extremely empowered. Universal law, scriptural law, and scientific law all state that in order to receive anything (including money), you have to give. During a sales call, you’re not trying to “get” anything”—you’re giving someone an opportunity to better their life with your product or service, while helping them get clear on whether their decision is a “yes” or a “no.” In this episode you’ll learn: Why your sense of power is so important to you, in business and in lifeMy unique approach to teaching sales and how my job is to influence a person into one of two lanes of thought—either, “I’m 100% in my yes,” or “I’m 100% in my no”Trying to “get” money puts you in a disempowered position—and if you believe money is “out there somewhere,” then you have a disconnected relationship with moneyWhy most people don’t actually want to make more money, because they’re not willing to let go of their beliefs about how the world worksWhy competition makes everything fall apart in business—and why you should focus on being a benefit to people insteadMoney is not elusive—it’s everywhere; you just need to learn the skill set of sales to empower yourselfEverything beneficial to humanity is supposed to circulate—if circulation stops, stagnation takes over; then everything breaks down There’s nothing better than making a sale where a person is 100% “IN”—they’re happy to pay you, they see the value in working with you and developing that relationship—and everybody wins. It’s also an amazing, spiritual experience to be someone who has money to pay for things you want to pay for, while telling yourself, “I feel worthy of paying this money.” Episode 441 – A Propensity for Prosperity & Why I Pay Full Price Episode 276 – Change Your Money Mindset Episode 23 – The Price We Pay The Art of Success Summit The Elite Mind Program Days Hours Minutes Seconds If you like the show, would you be so kind as to leave us a short review on Apple Podcasts? Student Spotlight: Dr. Vincent Bubolo

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM645_VinceBubolo.mp3   Today my guest is Dr. Vincent Bubolo, a business owner, consultant, and entrepreneur who has owned, operated, and created several successful multimillion dollar businesses. He’s partnered and consulted with numerous business owners in industries such as medical, e-commerce, litigation and medical funding, real estate consulting, and more. Many of these generate monthly revenues over $1 million. Based in Atlanta, Bubolo Care takes a proactive approach to healthcare. They seek to help the patient as a whole, rather than trying to hook them on meds for life. They prioritize customer service and the “human touch,” while providing general practice, behavioral health, all medications, and lifestyle meds including weight loss, hormones, and aesthetics—all at cost, so that patients can afford the care they need. Dr. Vincent is my client. He started at my Art of Success Summit in 2018—when he was “still living in a scared mentality.” Over time, he began to think differently. His multiple companies have each grown 6-7 times bigger. For the first time ever, he’s “loving the process” and is “not afraid of the process.” In this episode we discuss: How many diseases like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease are preventable if you’re making the right lifestyle choicesThe #1 reason for bankruptcy in the United States—medical billsHow so many people make life-and-death decisions based on how much money they have (including my uncle)How the current healthcare system is reactive (when you get sick, you call your doctor)—and how today’s medical authorities and the government have completely removed the idea of exercise as part of the equation to getting healthyHow the pharmaceutical industry promotes the idea that if you’re overweight, you cannot lose weight without medication—and CEOs of major pharmaceutical companies have basically said, “Our goal is to have these people on medication for life”How numerous of patients have awful insurance, insanely high deductibles, or their insurance companies are constantly fighting not to pay for claims Plus, we discuss the “financial set point” and why most people are programmed to under-earn and settle for a life they don’t truly want. Dr. Vincent shares how he bought a Lamborghini Huracan, and why his kids have never flown in coach. “I believe in creating the mentality of ‘I deserve to be in first class; I will never settle for less; and that’s the way we live,” he says. Show Me What I Love

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_644.mp3   Success is a principle, a state of mind, a way of being. It’s the way you choose to live your life. The basic foundation of success is having an awareness that you can do anything you truly desire.   Where is success located? It’s in your conscious awareness. If you lack the awareness of it, then you’ll probably think it comes from outside of you. Most people believe success comes from hard work or acquiring material possessions like houses, cars, jewelry, watches, and travel. They think, “I’ll be successful once I have those things.” But those things are not what make you successful.   Success is about following the desire in your heart to manifest a life you truly love. As human beings, we’re led to our purpose through our desire. The desire in our heart leads us to the life we want. We express our purpose through something we love—something we’re infatuated with, that we think is an adventure, and we can’t stop thinking about it. I call it a “magnificent obsession.”   For many people, this desire gets shut down when they’re kids. But you can tap into it any time as an adult—by simply gaining the awareness that you have the power to do so.   In this episode you’ll learn:   Life can be peaceful, adventurous, loving, fun, creative, and full of opportunities—with all the resources you need being abundantly provided Success is about knowing that the things you want already exist inside of you—but you might be associating them with something outside of yourself Why it’s an error to look at other people and think they’re successful because of all the things they have (and we convince ourselves that if we have those things, we’ll be successful too) How adults lose the excitement they once had when they were kids, because life’s responsibilities creep in—but you can always get that excitement back again, by doing what you truly love You can turn your life around at any time, no matter what your age is Your subconscious mind will do exactly what you tell it to do—if you repeatedly and persistently give it a command or ask it questions   Ask yourself, “What is it that I love to do?”   Start by asking your subconscious mind, “Show me what I love.” Give your subconscious permission to explore and go in that direction. Student Spotlight: Checking In with Rosanne Austin

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM643_RosanneAustin.mp3   Today I’m chatting with Rosanne Austin, creator of the Fearlessly Fertile Method. Rosanne is a former California state prosecutor turned fertility coach. She’s been working with women for over ten years, helping them get and stay pregnant, while showing them how MINDSET is the missing piece of the fertility puzzle. “Fertility starts in our brain” and has a lot to do with what we believe, says Rosanne.Rosanne attended my Art of Success Summit; then she worked her way into becoming a private client, and also joined my TEM (The Elite Mind) program, which she’s been in for a long time. She shares about all the successes that have happened for her since the last time she was on this podcast —including buying a brand new house, publishing a new book, going on a world tour, and meeting several of the babies she helped bring into the world. Rosanne continues to make astounding progress in her business. She became a millionaire so quick, and it’s been a joy to coach her along the way. I hope this interview helps you realize we’re all real people, and that you can do this too.In this episode, we discuss:How 1 in 5 couples are struggling with fertility—and it’s not because of the treatment, diet, lotion, or potion—it’s that the mind and body work togetherHow mindset is one of the most underutilized, incredible superpowers that couples have in their fertility arsenalHow Rosanne went to every treatment, expecting it to fail—and how she secretly believed she was “greedy” and “selfish” for wanting a career, love, money, AND a baby (those were her mindset issues) How doctors tried to tell her she was too old to have a baby, but a tiny voice inside her said, “No, none of that is true” How “the white coats were telling me to give up on myself”—yet there was all this other information showing how natural pregnancy happens How the same things that were blocking Rosanne from having a child, were also blocking her from the success she truly wanted in her life and business“Conceiving is all about receiving,” says Rosanne. We’re meant to desire more. She’s now tapped into putting her vision before fear. She’s focusing in on her vision, being consistent, and refusing to ever go back to the way she was before. You’re a Natural Born Salesperson

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_642.mp3   Most of the population is extremely reactive to the life they were born into, due to how their subconscious mind was programmed. During the first seven years of life, the subconscious mind can’t reject anything. The people who raised you gave you certain ideas, meanings, concepts, beliefs, and values, all of which your subconscious mind accepted. These beliefs can affect your ability to make sales today as an adult. Whenever you want to make a significant change in your life, you must have a foundational understanding of truth, especially when it comes to sales. This is why I recommend attending my Art of Success Summit, which helps to lay a fundamental idea of truth in your mind about success. Most people who work with me and become successful usually started by attending this event. In this episode you’ll learn:  You can train yourself to be able to earn as much money as you wantHow most people are trained to work for someone else, while trading time for money (and this usually won’t make you wealthy)2 important ideas—you were born to be a success, and success is easyWhy I love looking at nature as a source of truthSuccess is an effect—it’s the result of right thinking, right behavior, and right actionsSales is very natural to every human being—and everyone is a born salesperson (no manipulation is needed to sell)Being good at sales doesn’t require “hard work” or excessive discipline; you can simply tap into your natural ability to communicate something of valueSales is the highest paid profession in the world—the richest people are also the greatest salespeople What if we had the wrong idea around sales and success? What if we removed the idea that it needs to be hard?—and that we need to force ourselves to do a bunch of things we don’t actually love doing? What if the idea that “sales is hard” is actually wrong? This perspective has kept so many business owners trapped in a box. What if the truth was that sales is actually easy? You can step into the naturalness of that for yourself and be a natural salesperson. You can awaken in yourself an ability and a skill that’s been lying dormant…and earn any amount of money that you want. Student Spotlight: Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM641_KathyNunnally.mp3   Today my guest is Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis, a friend and client. Kathy owns a boutique recruiting firm specializing in industrial manufacturing distribution and has a small, fully remote team. She’s also the chair of a nonprofit called Eleos Foundation, which provides sports bras, underwear, and hygiene products to women surviving homelessness, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Kathy founded this nonprofit in memory of her daughter, Athena, who passed away July 20th, 2021. Athena did quiet acts of kindness and was always thinking of others even while she struggled with health issues. Athena and her friends handed out hygiene products to women in need, and this was how Eleos Foundation was born. In ancient Greek mythology, Eleos is the goddess of mercy and compassion and a friend to Athena.Working in Eleos Foundation was “a way for us to channel our grief because it was a profound loss and very unexpected” to lose their daughter, Kathy says. The modest effort of handing out bags to women on the streets expanded into serving 38 women’s shelters across Georgia, in two years. In this episode Kathy and I discuss:How the universe unfolds and people show up at the right time with the right resources or answers Letters and notes received by domestic violence shelters, saying what a difference a new pair of underwear makes in these women’s lives How donating products that serve a baseline need helps shelters devote more of their resources towards programs like counseling, job training, temporary housing, etc. How difficult it is for women to get better if they have to worry about their own hygiene every day—because the basics of life aren’t there for them My own profound experiences observing the homeless as a teenager in Chicago—and observing how people react to the homeless How Kathy attended three “Art of Success” Summits before enrolling in The Elite Mind program, and how she overcame limiting beliefs passed down from her family of educators How she believed that “having a team would be more trouble than they’re worth”—yet once she hired and delegated, her business expanded and multipliedKathy also shares how liberating it’s been to let go of the idea of competition in business and focus solely on striving for excellence and being of service in her niche. Where Do You Stop?

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/ins.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_640.mp3   Money touches every area of our life. We live in a world where the average person must use things and hire people in order to advance their life—and it’s only through the trading of money that those things come into our lives. We no longer live in a world where one human being can do everything. You can’t build and maintain the house, hunt the food, grow the food, cook the food, make the clothes, and educate the kids. We can’t do all of that anymore.   Because money is so important, we should learn how to actually get money, so that we can use it to expand our life. The secret to getting money is understanding that “it’s already here.”   My mentor used to say, “You don’t need the money. You need to make a decision. The money comes AFTER the decision.” Most people have it backwards; they become reactive and make decisions based on their perception of how much money they have, or don’t have.   In this episode you’ll learn:   Why making money is about having awareness and the skill set of being able to earn as much as you want, whenever you want Not understanding how to make money reduces you to the level of the problems that show up in your life When you have money, you can lift yourself up above the problem, because you have the money to take care of the problem Every dollar you’ll ever earn for the rest of your life is already in the hands of other people The idea that you can’t do something because you don’t have the money is an illusion The key to breaking through the illusion is to go to the truth, and let truth guide your decisions The truth is, the money you want—the desire or need you have—is already here right now   Plus, I share an exercise to help you determine where you stop. Where do you stop pursuing the sale? Where do you stop pursuing the outcome you want?   If you really focused and disciplined yourself a bit—if you really kept your word—you could break through the mental hypnosis that says “money is difficult and hard to find,” and that “you have to work like a dog to get money.” You could actually learn to make a lot of money in a relatively short period of time.   To learn more about how to do this, please join me in my upcoming Art of Success Summit, where I discuss the mind-money connection!
