As Winter rolls around, life usually slows down too: more time indoors, less time at work, and more time to ourselves. For our final episode of 2023, Mory and Melissa talk about how the season is a chance to spend more time looking inward. The intensity of our internal emotions makes it easy - necessary even - to distract ourselves with the external world. It can be nearly impossible to reflect inward when we feel like we’re always on the clock, as though every moment has to be productive in order to be good. Whether we like it or not, this repression is unsustainable. Mother Nature offers an opportunity to reflect, realign, and listen to our inner wisdoms as the business of life finally slows down in the winter months.
