Episode 184: Pat Davidson - Whats New? MASS 3, Reckoning 2, and Costa Rica Retreat
Firstly - My audio sucks dick on this episode - I was in between laptops at the time and the audio on my end didn't come out great. I fucked up the mic set up. Pat is crystal clear, and really that's all that matters.
Also you will hear me chopping some vegetables for a few minutes mid-way through the episode (27:00 to approximately 38:00) and because I was unaware of how the laptop I was using at the time was functioning regarding the audio set up - it picked up the sound of me preparing my meal. But fuck it the content of the conservation was too good for me not to post this episode. I have since sorted the audio and have acquired a quality mic, and since this episode the audio for all episodes since has been excellent.
Anyway....
On this episode Pat and I discuss:
Whats new with him
MASS 3
We discuss the use of RPEs
I ask Pat about the withdrawal from completing MASS 2 and how he will consider this for MASS 3
I ask Pat - how was the Reckoning 2
Pat discusses how we as a specific are reducing our allostatic capabilities by making our environments too comfortable
I ask Pat - How was the retreat at Ben House's Wellness Centre in Costa Rica
I ask Pat what was he currently reading at the time of this recording
This was an outstanding episode and I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!
