We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jason Leahy, Executive Director of the Illinois Principals Association, onto The Association Podcast.  It's an interesting time to be in the field of education, and we get to hear all about that and also get into some of the really cool things that he's doing at IPA to educate their members, like exploring micro-credentialing and other ways they help members and potential members advance their careers as educators.  We also talk quite a bit about leadership and things he does to set the association up to thrive many years into the future.
