The Three Buyer Identities That Can Make or Break Your Sales

In this solo episode, I’m bringing you behind the scenes for a private debrief of my live training, The Messaging Reset—because I know not everyone could join us live, and the energy was too good not to share! I walk you through why your business doesn’t rise or stall because of reels, funnels, or ads—it all comes down to your messaging and who you’re actually speaking to. I break down the three buyer identities—former self, working self, and highest self—and show you how misaligned messaging keeps you attracting freebie seekers instead of ready-to-buy clients. I share real client examples, my own hard-earned lessons, and why recalibration isn’t about more strategy but about proximity and alignment. If you’re ready for content that converts and messaging that mirrors your ideal client’s highest self, this distilled training is your roadmap to lighter launches, consistent sales, and a business that finally feels as good as it looks. From Balance to Rhythms: How I Protect My Energy and Stay Aligned

I’m so excited to share this intimate Q&A episode with you! These are the kinds of questions I get asked most often inside my coaching containers, from close friends, and honestly—the ones I ask myself too. In this conversation, I open up about how to know when it’s time to evolve your message, the biggest leadership lessons I’ve learned this year, and what it really looks like to align your business with your highest self. I also dive into staying connected with your partner while building a business, why I don’t believe in balance (but do believe in rhythms), how my relationship with my body has shifted over the years, and the role faith plays in everything I do. Plus, I share the ways I’ve learned to protect my energy while staying soft, open, and deeply loving. This episode is full of heart, honesty, and the behind-the-scenes truths I know so many of us need to hear. Liked this episode? But only when and where that reciprocity can flow both ways.” - Julie Solomon  “ There are moments of the day that are going to require different rhythms based on the needs of my children, the needs of my partner, of my husband, and my needs, and I can no longer outsource that rhythm to someone else's idea of balance that is wrapped up in this, you know, curated and glorified idea around guilt. That's never made sense to me. I don't know how mom guilt is gonna somehow make me a better mother. I haven't figured that out yet, so I just don't relate to that. But I do relate to the necessary rhythm and just letting yourself off the hook when it comes to balance, because I don't think that it exists.” - Julie Solomon  RESOURCES: [JOIN MY VISIBILITY TRAINING] With just 1 hour a week, my proven content framework will help you refine your messaging and turn your offers into consistent, scalable sales. When You Raise Your Standards, Everything Changes

In this episode, I’m getting real about a truth that’s been rising to the surface for me as I step into my 41st year: your tolerance will always be met by the standard you set. Over the past year and a half, I’ve been taking a hard look at the relationships, partnerships, and dynamics in my life—both personally and professionally—and realizing where I’ve been holding on out of comfort, history, or compassion, instead of true alignment. I share how I’ve been raising my standards, honoring my non-negotiables, and curating an energy that reflects the woman I am today. From spiritual maturity and emotional stability to lifestyle compatibility and respect for timing, I’m learning that when you honor your standards, you don’t lose people—you gain the right ones. If you’ve been feeling drained by certain relationships or dynamics, this conversation will help you see how raising your standard can shift everything. Liked this episode? It just started to kind of get louder and the voice was telling me that I was going to start outgrowing a lot of things that no longer served me. A lot of things that had gotten me here, but they weren't going to get me where I was going.” - Julie Solomon  “ I am a work in progress friends. I am not perfect. I am learning and growing and expanding as I go, but I believe that the more accountability that we have to take stock of what no longer serves us and really have people that see that in us and honor those non-negotiables, the more that we can do it for others.” - Julie Solomon  RESOURCES: [JOIN MY VISIBILITY TRAINING] With just 1 hour a week, my proven content framework will help you refine your messaging and turn your offers into consistent, scalable sales. How I Stopped Over-Delivering and Started Converting

In this special Summer Series Flip episode, I’m bringing you a powerful conversation from when I was a guest on Podcasting Made Simple with my friend Alex Sanfilippo. We dive into one of the biggest reasons content creators and entrepreneurs struggle to convert—it’s not a content issue, it’s a messaging issue. I break down how to refine your message so it actually resonates and moves people to action, plus how to stop over-delivering and start creating content that leads to real results. I also share why I let go of freebies in my business, how to position yourself as the go-to expert in your space, and the importance of standing in your unique energetic authority. If you’ve been showing up, creating value, and still not seeing the growth or conversions you want—this episode is going to be your turning point. Liked this episode? Or do you wanna take an acorn and plant it deeply in the ground and watch this beautiful oak tree grow?  And so for me, I knew very early on that I wanted to be the oak tree and not the field of wild flowers that could get wiped away at any storm that was gonna come through. I wanted to, you know, have that mighty foundation and that root system to help me sustain.” - Julie Solomon  “ I don't need to have more lead funnels and pay for more leads and bring more people to it. I just need to convert who's showing up better.  And again, you talk about this whole idea of less being more, and I think that is so freeing for any creator online because we get in this mindset of more is more and more is better, but the reality is less of the right thing gives you a better result. ”- Alex Sanfilippo GUEST RESOURCES: You can listen to more of Alex on Podcasting Made Simple RESOURCES: [JOIN MY VISIBILITY TRAINING] With just 1 hour a week, my proven content framework will help you refine your messaging and turn your offers into consistent, scalable sales. From Strategy to Stillness: How Clarity Finds You

In this solo episode, I’m diving into something deeply personal—the butterfly effect of becoming. I share three transformative moments from my life that weren’t defined by strategy or planning, but by resonance—those unexpected experiences that woke up a deeper version of me I didn’t know I was ready for. From a college trip to New York, to quiet clarity in Los Angeles, to a soul-aligned season in Paris, these places didn’t just shape my path—they revealed the woman I was becoming. I also unpack the difference between thinking your way forward and feeling your way home. Whether you're in a season of transition, pause, or reinvention, this episode invites you to notice what’s whispering, remember where you’ve felt most like yourself, and trust that clarity often arrives in stillness—not in strategy. This one’s for anyone ready to honor the woman they've already become. Liked this episode?
