John also founded the Hulede Collegiate Golf Scholarship (HCGS) in March 2022 to serve as a mentor, award financial aid to current and future minority collegiate golfers, and help students navigate their careers post-undergrad. In just 3 years, HCGS has awarded 14 scholarships and over $32,000.
