I explain why I love this particular gut test, what it shows us, what some of these markers mean, and why it’s so important to run gut testing on yourself - even if you don’t have GI symptoms. I also explain why I believe a hormone test alone is never enough - yes, even when we’re working to balance our hormones! In fact, a hormone test is not the first test I would recommend when you’re working to balance your hormones - and I explain why on this episode. 006: Iron: Why ferritin isn't a good marker & the dangers of iron supplements
