Do You Have A Little “Want To?”

In life we get out what we put in. For some of us the difference in being greatly successful and below average is our willingness to strive for more. In the process of more we must learn to fight, battle, & and claw our way to whatever said goal we have for ourself. In the south amongst some of the elders there’s a saying/question when the rubber meets the road, it’s not about if you can or cannot but do you have the “want to” to get it done. Be Legendary

As a Man Thinketh...

It’s is a common proverb that we are what we eat, but what about what we think on? How does that correlate with our health, is it even important? Well I think it is, we spend a lot of time discussing diets, exercise plans, motivation etc. but little time discussing how our thoughts impact reaching our goals. A positive mind shifts your world/atmosphere. Does this mean everything will be peaches and roses no but your perspective will change. Give this episode a play, I hope it triggers you into action and pushes you towards your goals. Be Legendary.

Regular vs Diet Soda : Quality vs Quantity

This episode lays out the benefits & consequences of drinking regular soda & diet soda, I also lay out why quality is better than quantity when trying to workout effectively. Artificial sugars kill taste buds and we should lean to more natural things when practicing healthy living. Natural sugars aren’t bad in moderation we just need to know when we need them. Lastly, high volume workouts have there place but if we don’t get quality reps are we really gaining the most from our workouts. Give this episode a listen and enjoy. Be Legendary.
