IT’S Dolph 🐬: is there a cost to success in black culture?
In reflecting on recent tragic events of Father, Husband, Son & rapper Young Dolph me and Dr. Davis take a glimpse into the events that took place. How do these events shape us as black males in our community, is there a cost to extreme success as a black man, is there justified reasoning in fearing for your life after reaching heights within your success and helping your community? This episode is off script but enlightening, I hope this punctures the mind and sparks conversation on black on black crime within black communities. Be Legendary.

A Marriage to Success
No sponsors no interruptions just pure substance. Many events took place this week causing me to take time and dive into a topic I’ve thought about for some time. Success. What it takes to get to success? What success is to you? And a few things it takes to be “successful.” This is a summation of what it feels like, what it intel, and lastly that you yourself can reach that height if you believe, take action, & don’t limit yourself. The world is yours. Be Legendary.

Work Through Your Limiting Mobility Not Around It
Many fitness podcasters and gurus suggest that partial range of motion (ROM) is better than full range for muscle development, the question I would pose is why would you want a muscle to be partially strong and not strong throughout an entire movement. This episode I attempt to lay out (at surface level) this question and offer a few answers as well as solutions. I believe in total body health and full ROM. Remember we are playing for the long game here and not short results that lead to injury. Be Legendary.

I hope this episode punctures your mind allows you to think and if need be execute principles you heard in this podcast. BE LEGENDARY.

Are you Lifting to Enhance Your Athletic Performance
This episode I go over general lifting techniques and how you as an athlete should approach the weight room and lifting. Lifting gets a bad rap for decreasing athletic performance when it actually does the opposite. Make sure you lift for maintenance, injury prevention and to make you hard. I hope this episode helps your athletically and remember to BE LEGENDARY.
