Adam Meakins: What We Know About Exercise Technique & Injury Risk

In today's episode, Stuart welcomes back Adam Meakins. Adam, @adammeakins on Instagram, was on 6 episodes ago on the 5th of April. In that one, they mainly discussed the problems associated with some of the most popular physiotherapy treatments like massage, K-tape and other manual therapies. In this one, they spend most of it discussing what we know about the association between technique and injury.
